This maybe a bit pricey but this is very useful especially during special occasions or if there are special gatherings in your house that you expect a lot of visitors. You can use this for baking or broiling. Since this is a double oven, you can do two jobs at the same time. It is easy to program for the time duration of the food that you bake or broil. It has many functions and are easy to learn. If it is you are a new user, to avoid issues, I suggest you should read the instructions at the book guide. Though the functions on this wall oven is digital, it is still better to understand it through it's book guide. It cooks perfectly well. This built-in oven has three rolling racks that can easily be moved. Its height and width are perfect enough for the kitchen. And wait, no, this is not too pricey. There are even more electric wall ovens which are of higher price than this and when you compare its functions and usage you would realize that this electrolux is much better.

We've had our Electrolux oven for a few years and have happy with its performance. Both the top and bottom ovens cook evenly and allow for a huge amount of cooking space. The various cook options, time settings, memory settings, etc have been easy to figure out and use. Only issue - the clock on the oven doesn't always seem to keep time. Capacity Tons of space! We have cooked Christmas dinner for 25+ people for the last 3 years with ease using this oven. The racks are easy to move and accommodate a lot of different sizes/shapes. Performance Great cooking performance. Have had a few issues with the computer that runs the timer, etc. Replaced quickly when we first got the oven, worked great for a long time. Now the clock seems to be losing time... Doesn't seem to affect the performance of the ovens...just kind of annoying! Ease of Cleaning Extremely easy to clean! Ease of Use Love the easy slide racks!! The control panel is very straight forward (although may need a manual to help learn some of the more sophisticated options). Durability Only concern has been the clock issue... Design Beautiful design - looks spectacular in my kitchen!

We have had this oven for nearly one year, absolutely no problems. The ovens have worked extremely well and bake evenly; cookies, cheesecake, roast chicken. We love the ball bearing racks, which make accessing your baked items a breeze. The oven is well lit. The only downside is the oven capacity is smaller than I am used to, can't accomodate a 16" pizza, but then this is my first wall unit, perhaps they all are smaller than free standing ovens. That issue asside I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to buyers looking to remodel/upgrade!!!!

This oven delivers exactly what it says. Cooks beautifully. Has more rolling racks than any other oven at twice the cost. Also makes a perfect turkey well, perfect! However, make sure to read the entire instruction booklet because I made the mistake of putting a foil pan on the bottom of the oven to catch drips (not the bottom tray but the bottom of the oven) and it stuck to the oven.

Very pricey, bought because of features that were sold to us but have been found to be not safe. Rolling racks are a great feature, however if you have something heavy on them (turkey, enamel pot, etc) the whole side racks tend to tip out. Also when you remove the top racks to accomodate say a turkey (height wise) when you pull out the rack with the food on it, the empty roller bars on the side racks slide out causing an unsafe situation. Very easily could get burned. Also racks and side racks need to be taken out when oven is cleaned. Very hard to handle and put back. We were told when we bought it the racks did not need to come out to clean the oven. Had we known that was not true we would not have bought this oven.

I CANT EVEN EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS THING. to think! i almost bought an 11,000.00 gas oven (American Standard) as i was a 20yr gas oven user. Doing a brand new hi end kitchen, i wanted something a home -chef foodie like me would like- but would be ez clean, great looking, and get ANY job done. OMG- this was the FIRST thing that caught our eye at Sears. We opend this Cadillac of an oven to peek at the design on the inside- and WHAM! LIghts! Rack and Ballbearing ez glide racks, the LARGEST interior cavity of ANY 30inch oven on the market- and TOTAL digital TOUCH wave faceplate. I hate too many controls- its wayy too confusing, and takes tooo much time to do while u got several things cooking at once. First time i used it was easter. made a Fresh ham. and many sides etc. I put the specially designed "probe" into it- set my temps- and the oven swiched off from 350 - keep warm mode. Because i told it to! i had my usual cocktails, laughed with guests, and enjoyed my dinner party. i left that freakin meat in there and it STILL came out JUICY!!!! NOT overcooked. Every single cookie comes out like a store bought one. With perfectly browned edges and a soft middle. I use the convection roast, and covection bake besides the regular bake and reg roast. They all work amazing. First time i used it to clean, i was scared- b/c the heat jacks up to 800degrees! i thought i should sit near it in case of a fire. No way. Just white ashes when it was done. I wiped those sprinkles up with one paper towel! and it was perfectly shiny again inside. u can do a huge turkey inside (hello- Perfect Turkey Button!) and do like 4 sides and 2 desserts down under using the SECOND fully functional oven. That one even has a broiler too. Cust svc is amazing. Electrolux is leading the industry in ovens and others. i even asked my Public svc man, if this was a gd unit. They said electrolux is gr8. i cant say enuf about this item. Thanx Kelly!
