In would definitely recommend this heatn't I don't even need my electric heat on with this heater

My son and daughter in law have one of these. They are great. Great heat and very safe. Its safe to touch without getting burned. Impossible to tip over. Safe around animals also.. Performance works good.... Ease of Use plug in and use Durability very durable, been using for several years now, still works like new Design fits in with home decor, looks nice Safety very safe around kids and animals, safe to touch without getting burned

With the price of energy going up, we have to cut corners the best we can. Even with our gas heat being cheaper than oil heat, our vent system is quite old and I feel like we are sometimes burning more fuel than we should be. So my mother was wonderful in buying us this little heater. It heats up quite fast, and I don't worry about my kids burning themselves on it. It does a fantastic job heating up our entire lower floor, so I can keep our fuel bill lower. And since heat rises, it generally adds a few degrees to our upstairs as well. It is small enough that it can fit in any room, but large enough to really boost our warmth. The kids are thrilled that they can run around the house in winter without socks again, and I am happy that our fuel bill isn't completely outrageous. Performance It does a great job heating up our downstairs without becoming red hot to the touch. Ease of Use Plug and heat. Durability Hard to gauge this as we have only had it for a year now. Design A little clunky to look at.

I have a very big, old house. When the wind blows hard during the winter months, I swear it goes right through every window or wall. Naturally, for these winter months, I have purchased quite a few space heaters. This space heater though, is by far my favorite, and I use it daily in my living room. The general look of this Duraflame space heater is one thing that stands out the most. It matches with all of my end-tables, and my coffee table. The absolute best part though about this heater is its performance. First off, it works great at warming up all my rooms I put it in, especially my gigantic living room. I have had a lot of space heaters that were notorious for getting really hot on the outside of its casing, but not this heater. This is a big deal for me since I have a two year old who likes to get into anything, and everything. All in all, this is a great buy, and you really cannot go wrong with this brand or model.

This Space Heater Is amazing! We originally bought it for out travel trailer but it was a little to big for what we needed but we decided to keep it anyways and I am so glad we did. This space heater will heat a large room. Our heater went out this past winter and everyone was huddled around the fireplace waiting for the repairman. I remembered that we had this heater in the closet. It took maybe 15 minutes and living room was warm! Since then I have moved the heater to the man cave (garage) it will heat the whole garage and now the guys can go out to play games or watch TV no matter what the temperature is outside. Worth every penny we spent on it! Performance This is by far the best space heater I have ever owned! Ease of Use Super easy! Design Design is a big deal to me and that is why I originally bought this space heater and when I decided to not return it. Safety I feel safe with this heater. It does not get super hot to the touch which is a plus when you have toddlers running around.

We have tried a few different heaters in the last few months. We really like this one because it heats the area and looks good doing so. I love the glossy wood finish on this heater- it is a lot more stylish than most heaters on the market. Performance This is a slow and steady wins the race sort of heater- however- I am using it to heat a large area. It has not let us down and has helped save us some money on heating bills. Ease of Use This Duraflame heater is VERY easy to use. It has a remote that comes with it- so we can adjust the temperature from bed. We have not had a single problem with this heater and it had pretty much been on for the last month straight. Durability I have a two year old whom like to climb up on the heater. The heater has no visible marks from her and holds up well to my toddlers *ahem* abuse. Design Just a sharp looking heater. There are so many heaters to choose from, I am sure most of them heat efficiently and are quiet. But I have not seen one that looks as good as this one- and we searched for quite awhile. Safety I have had this unit running for about 30 days straight. We have not had any issues. I also have a 2 year old, and this heater is completely safe for her to be around.

THe Duraflame Infrared Quartz Heater is a well-built product encased in a solid wood box so it's easy on the yes and compliments most decors. The outside of the box never heats too much so this is most definitely safe to use around small children and pets. I originally purchased one of these to help cut down costs on heating my older and drafty home. It worked so well I purchased another and the dramatic effect on my heat bill has been astounding! The 2 heaters paid for themselves for 2 months alone. Now I'm simply saving! Within a short couple hours the area you are heating, should be warm and comfortable if it's 1,000 square feet or less and of course even sooner for smaller rooms. Performance I have had zero issues with the form and functions of this heater. I wish they were still making this particular model and I would buy more! I wouldn't hesitate to buy this used, either. It's solid. Ease of Use With clearly labeled controls and handy remote, this product is a cinch to use. Plug it, set it and sit back and get warm!

I have to say I'll never go cold again with this little heater! We bought this to help keep our gas bill down when we had some cold weather around here. Let me say this thing heated up our whole house, which is a descent size for such a little heater. This heater does pack a punch though. It is also nice that you can change the temperature on it to which really helps if you want it warm or really hot. It is also nice that it looks more like a side table than an actual heater. Which really makes it discreet and you can put stuff on it to. It also has wheels which makes it easy to move from room to room if needed. The only problem is that it doesn't do to well on carpet but if you have wood floors you are in for a treat. In would be nice if it came with a remote to control it from far away. You can also chose how low or high you want the fan to be on. I would also like if it had an automatic shut off for safety reasons. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice heater that blends in well and works well.

I have had this heater for years and it has always performed very well without any problems. It's quite sturdy and rolls easily from room to room. Doesn't bother kids or pets at all. Overall very pleased, plus you don't have to worry about it knocking over.
