First of all I have to say that I like it for cleaning alkaline deposits but for everyday use I'd make sure to use safety glasses and rubber gloves when using this stuff as the acidity is pretty high and the fact that it clings makes it worse. Avoid splashing this product and getting it on tile, wood or rugs that you may have around the toilet. I do like the way it cleans the toilet however and the fact that it clings and is acidic means that it will stay on debris in your toilet until it is not there anymore. It doesn't have a very pleasant odor though. It smells pretty harsh. You can't beat the price though. Performance It does the job of an industrial cleaner but is kind of out of date as far as ingredients are concerned. There are many cleaners that are just as good without being dangerous. Scent I'm a trained cleaner and I can smell the acidity in this bowl cleaner. It has an industrial scent to it which makes it smell clean but in a harsh bleach like way.
