I use this after the shower. It literally feels like it's giving my face and neck a big drink of cooling water. I have sensative skin as I am a ginger with freckles...gotta love being Irish...but this is the best one Ive found. I prefer this over Olay or Neutragina any day!! Just need to have more in stores!
