I really wanted this product to be a five because like most sufferers I am searching for the miracle cure. I am just not sure this is it. I started with the one a day and tried that for ten days as some reviews I had read said it takes that long. I have now decided to go to two a day as I did see some improvement but not the life saving results that other people have had. I guess a little improvement is better than no result at all so I shall continue to use this product until something better comes along. Yes it is a little pricey but shopping around definately helps. The capsules are easy to swallow and there are no side effects. The bottom line is that it works for some really well and for others a little so you have to try it.
