I have been using the MIcroDremabrasion Cloth ( Dermal Grade) for a year and It does help with black heads and it leaves your skin very smooth. Its better than using creams that dry your face out to get rid of pimples, blackheads and dry patches. They do claim that it fades stretch marks and scars but haven't tried it.   .
