I will admit that Denise Austin voice can be a bit annoying and this at times prevent me from purchasing many of her workout dvds. This particular workout dvd is one that I have own for well over three years now. Despite not caring for the sound of Denise Austin voice this is one of my favorite workout dvds made by her. The reason why I like this workout dvd so much is because the workouts featured on this dvd are only 5 minutes long. There are a total of ten different workout routines that target different body parts. The different body parts this workout target are: abs, thighs, chest, back, arms, shoulders, hips, inner thighs, waist and buns. Denise Austin cueing is very good in this particular workout dvd which is a plus since in some of her other workout dvds it can be off. When I workout to this dvd I like to complete a total of two or three workout routines. I prefer shorter workout routines over longer workout routines because there are times when I don't have a full hour to commit to working out. The only workout equipment needed to use this dvd is one pair of hand weights and a workout mat. Denise Austin is accompanied by two other ladies who execute the moves very well and have good form. Overall this is a really good workout and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in 5 minute workouts.
