I was worried it would be to small but I've owned it for about two months now and it is fine for my large family. Performance Heats up items very quickly. Cooks potatoes great too. 25 seconds heats up a cup of coffee with no issues Settings/Features Still trying to figure out the settings and features. I just don't like to read manuals. I'm sure as soon as I get it all figured out we will be good to go. I like how it works so far though. Ease of Cleaning Cleans really easily. This is good because my kids don't like to cover their food when they are reheating it. Simply wiping it down with a hot rag works really well. Ease of Use Just your basic simple microwave that is fairly easy to use. Durability It moves pretty easily in it's space while pushing buttons. This can be annoying. The microwave that we had previously was much bigger and fit in the microweave space just fine. This one is much smaller and so gets moved around. Seems like it should be heavier. Design I like the design of it. Again they are no frills with it but it does it's job. As long as I can heat up my food, which this does with no issues then it's a good microwave. The interior is spacious for how small the microwave actually is, a huge positive for the manufacturer.

The Daewoo KOR-630A 1200 Watts Microwave Oven is a great microwave. It's decently priced and built pretty well. I like it's clean white design and easy to clean surfaces. The space inside is ample and the plate is sturdy. The buttons are smooth and easy to push. The microwave itself is simple to use and is set up with great autocook options like for popcorn. It also has nice defrost options as well. If you want, you can manually control the power setting pretty easily. This microwave heats up food well and it also does a good job of defrosting frozen meat. The beeping sound is not too loud or annoying. Definitely a good buy for those who don't want to spend a lot of money. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

**When my last microwave broke, I was in a hurry to find a replacement but I also wanted a good deal. On top of that, I also needed a microwave that was quiet and powerful. I went to multiple retail stores and compared at least 30 different models, and ended up buying this one.  ** **It has been almost 4 years and I am very happy with this microwave.  The simple white look matches my theme in the kitchen. The buttons on the control panel were easy to read and they were located at logical places. It has a timer and clock function as well. I have used several of the pre-programmed auto cook features, and they did what they claim to do. ** **The interior was easy to clean with a simple wipe. There is a turn table inside, and the glass plate was easily removed for cleaning. The microwave is large enough to fit all of my dishes, and the full power (1200 watts) is enough to cook all type of recipes. ** **One of the key factors I was looking for is quietness. This microwave has a relatively quiet door-shut. However, the beeping alert (to tell me the cooking is done) does not automatically stop when I open the door, and cannot be muted. It always beeps 3 times unless I press the "Stop" button, which is a bit annoying. ** **I would highly recommend this microwave. Even though most people I talked to haven't heard of the Daewoo brand, it's actually a very popular name brand in Korea. So I have no doubt about the quality.  **

I purchased this microwave about 5 years ago when I moved out on my own after graduating from college. I wasn't concerned about appearance or quality, just something inexpensive. Yet, it has worked great and would recommend it to anyone. It's nothing great to look at, so I don't think it would go well in a fancy, stainless kitchen. The microwave has several settings that allow you to "Auto Cook" things like popcorn, frozen pizza and beverages. As well as defrost various meats. I would guess that it is somehow pre-programmed with a certain amount of time deemed appropriate for cooking whichever food item is selected, but I'm not sure. I use the microwave a lot but I just punch in a cooking time that seems appropriate for whatever I'm heating. My three-year-old son is also able to use it. By simply hitting the "Start" button, the microwave will heat for 30 seconds. For how inexpensive it is, this microwave has losted longer than I thought it would. I'm certainly pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I needed it.
