Overall, I am happy with this dishwasher. It was bought to replace a model that was 6 years old and quit working. I love that is it so quiet. It is great to be able to run it at night while the kids sleep and not be a nuisance. It cleans well and has plenty of space for loading it and I love the design, it looks great in our kitchen. It also has a child lock feature which is great for tiny hands that love to push buttons :) One thing I am not happy with and that has been a major issue is the bottom rack. The plastic wheels fall off in one spot or another every third load or so and knocks the whole thing off track, it has actually broken dishes when I went to pull the drawer open to unload it before and it went of the track. Aside from that issue, it is a quality product that works very well. Noise Level Best in class for noise reduction, the salesmen actually put on music on his phone on loud and shut it in the dishwasher to give me an idea of the noise cancellation. Cleaning Time The cycles are a bit longer than average in my opinion but does a great job at cleaning. Durability Overall durability is great, but because of the bottom rack popping off wheels so often I would not say it is really durable.

I have this dishwasher for 6 minths now and it does get the job done. It gets my dishes clean and has plenty of space to load. My main concern is the bottom tray and the wheels. It keeps coming off the track when pulling it out. I would not suggest yanking on it or it will fly right out. It does take a while for it wash your dishes, but depending on your setting and what you want it to do, you can circumvent that and go for a setting that takes less time. If you are looking for a dependable dishwasher that only works good and looks great in your kitchen then this is the one for you. Noise Level Quiet. Very low noise. Does not interfere with conversation or communcation with others. Cleaning Time Depends on the settings and what you want it do for you. You can shorten the time by making use of different settings or you can make it take longer. So far, it takes 3 hours for mine to do a complete cycle. That is with making use of the "sanatize" button. This will extend the time. Loading Flexibility Great for oversize cups on the top rack. Performance I no longer have to rewash dishes, cups, etc. over and over like I did with my old dishwasher. This gets the work done and does it on a consistant basis. Durability After 6 months of use this dishwasher still works as good as the day I first bought it.

The style is good but the water line hookup and the electrical wire hookup is not very friendly. You literally have to sleep on the floor to do these hookups. It took me good 10 mins. to find the water line hookup and then read the instructions how to hookup electrical line and which channel has to use to fish them to the back of the dishwasher
