I suffer from dry, itchy skin as well as exzema. This lotion does wonders for both! It is a little thicker than some, but it's what helps to moisturize itchy skin and I love it! Other lotions can break me out, but I can use this lotion right after shaving and I'm safe! I recommend it to anyone suffering from super itchy skin or exzema!

This is my whole family's favorite lotion. After our showers before bed its applied. It helps keep not only my skin smooth and soft it also keeps my toddlers' skin comfortable. It is a very heavy cream though and during warmer months it can be too greasy and not absord as well.

I love this lotion. I have eczema, pretty badly. And my hands get really dry, especially during the winter months. I wash my hands frequently, especially while working because my work requires a sterile environment. So my hands suffer a lot. They get so dry, they crack and bleed and it hurts. I've tried so many different lotions, and this is by far the best. You only need a little, and it absorbs into the skin so well. It does not leave a greasy feeling. It leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated. After only a few days of applying this 2-3 times a day, my hands start to heal and feel so much better. I sometimes use other lotions, anything that I have on me at the time, but I find myself going back to this Curel hand lotion time after time. I've also had problems with cuticles, and if you rub this into your cuticles, it helps with dry and thick cuticles. If you've tried a lot of other lotions without relief, I strongly suggest you try this one. It's worth the price!

I have found this lotion to help my dry, itchy skin during the winter months. I do suffer from occasional eczema that can be exasperated by perfumes or other irritating ingredients in lotions. This product is accepted by the National Eczema Association. I have found that my skin feels so much better after applying it. My skin does not feel itchy from it getting dried out from the heat being on during the winter months. I also have not had any irritation from this lotion and no breakouts of eczema either. Scent Although I do like a little light scent in my lotions, this product is fragrance free. At most, it may have a bit of a waxy smell to it that is not noticeable on your skin. Fragrance free tends to be a very good thing for those of use who have eczema. It is wonderful for babies, and all other ages too. The bottle states that this lotion is gentle enough for babies over 6 months to use. It's great too to have a product that the whole family can use. Absorption This lotion soaks right into my dry skin. There is no residue or greasy feeling on my body or hands after applying it. I use this exclusively on my arms and legs all year round. It works great both in the winter & summer months. Effectiveness This lotion greatly improves the dryness I experience during the dry, winter heating season. My arms and legs can get so dry that I feel itchy with no signs of eczema to explain it. I use this after I shower and usually before I go to bed at night when my skin for some reason seems more likely to feel itchy. This soothes my skin immediately and makes it feel normal and not dried out.

Curel Daily Moisture lotion has worked the best for my dry winter hands. Between the heat being on, which makes my house very dry in general, and the fact that I wash my hands multiple times a day, Curel has helped my hands and fingers to feel soft, look normal, and to minimize my fingers from cracking and bleeding. I use this every day, after I wash my hands and after I shower. I find that if I do not use this regularly, that I suffer from skin cracks on my fingers. Not only do the cracks make my fingers sore, but they take days to seal up and heal. By using this product after my hands have been washed, it seems to put some moisture back into my hands and helps my hands and fingers to look normal and unaffected by the dry conditions of the winter months. Scent The scent of this product and very light and pleasant. I am super sensitive to strong scents and often get headaches from creams and perfumes. I prefer to have a nice sent rather than scent free products and I have consistently found that Curel Daily Moisture does not bother me at all. The scent is pleasant and barely noticeable. Absorption I have found that this product absorbs very well into my dry hands. I do rub my hands together for a minute or so, but the product is completely absorbed with no excess or greasy feeling. Also, I can wash my hands, yet again, within 15 minutes or so, and find that I do not feel like I am washing the lotion off. There seems to be a slight waxy coating that stays on my hands even after washing them shortly thereafter. Effectiveness Curel Daily Moisture lotion has been a great product for me. It has helped my hands to stay healthy during the harsh winter months and has worked better for me than many of the other lotions currently on the market. I do have a tendency to have eczema issues especially during the winter, and this product has not irritated or caused any breakouts of eczema. There are many many lotions on the market to choose from. It is overwhelming to choose one! After trying MANY different brands, I found Curel Daily Moisture Lotion for Dry Skin and I can honestly say that the other brands can stay on the shelf as far as I am concerned. This is the one lotion for my daily use. This lotion is rich and creamy but not at all greasy (I really dislike lotions that are greasy). It absorbs easily in the skin and stays put for hours. Although I wash my hands frequently in my healthcare profession, the overall quality of the skin on my hands stays healthy and supple because I use Curel lotion to start my day. I don't have to reapply Curel lotion as often as I was with other brands of lotion, either. The scent is faintly fresh but not overwhelming in the least. Strong lotions or perfumes are not allowed in healthcare field so this is an important feature to me. Scent Fresh but not overwhelming Effectiveness Lasts a very long time to keep my skin supple.

I am 28 years old and have lived with eczema my entire life. I would get so itchy that I would take anything in reach that was sharp to my legs to relieve the itch. I have always avoided shorts due to the scabs and scarring on my legs. My parents almost went broke buying every steroid cream, tar bath, treatment, etc they could find. I had a coupon for Curel Itch Defense 3 years ago and decided to try it. I have never used another lotion since. It completely cleared up every last spot of eczema. It has also help clear up the scarring on my legs. I still use it everyday because it does moisturize very well. I am shocked still after 3 years that it worked after all the prescribed methods we tried over the years. It is truly a miracle lotion. The smell is not that great but the results are beyond amazing. I would recommend this to everyone that had eczema. Its weird to say but this lotion honestly changed my life.

I find this product very helpful when I am in dire need of itch relief. I generally apply it after I shower in an effort to avoid becoming very itchy throughout the day. The only thing I do not like about this product is that when I work out it tends to not be as useful. I find myself needing to apply it again after I workout in order to relieve my itchiness. All in all, a good product to use and a product worth buying. Scent Its fragrance free, there is no scent. Although adding a fragrance wouldn't hurt if the new fragrance bearing lotion were marketed to women, and that fragrance was indeed a womanly fragrance. Absorption As with all lotions, takes a bit to rub it in fully. But the effect one feels is almost immediate once it is applied. Effectiveness Very effective in my opinion. Only dilemma I face is when trying to apply to the middle of my back. It would be nice if they offered some sort of tool to aid in applying the lotion to a spot where one cannot reach. Then I would be able to stop pestering a family member and having them apply it!

I got this as a gift the first time and I thought "lotion is lotion". But was I pleasantly surprised! I have fallen in love with this lotion. I request it every Christmas! I keep a tube by the bathroom sink and in my desk drawer at work. I use it about 2-3 times a day. It only takes a little bit to rub into your hands and around your fingernails. It makes your hands feel so much more hydrated. And it's not greasy and yucky feeling either. It's very affordable and can be found at most drug stores and some other stores as well. Tubes come in a great size too. It will last for several months. It doesn't have an overwhelming scent. It is a very pleasant fragrance. I don't mind that it only comes in one scent. Scent The scent is a wonderful light scent. Absorption The hand & cuticle cream absorbs great. It does take just a minute, but it is so worth it! Effectiveness I use this lotion a couple of times a day and my hands stay in pretty good shape considering I work with a lot of paperwork.

When I first got my tattoo I was told over a hundred different lotions and creams to use on my tattoos. My sister used Curel and said that it worked great. Looking at her tattoos I could tell that she was right. So I tried it and I was glad that I did. I used A and D ointment the first day then used this lotion for about a week after and the tattoo healed up great. The lotion is really thick but it soaks in really fast and keeps the skin moisturized for a long period of time. Scent This lotion does not really have smell. Kind of reminds me of deodorant when you first put it in your hand but once it is applied to the skin and rubbed in you really cannot smell it anymore. Absorption The lotion is thick so I thought that it was going to take a long time to soak in but it soaked in really fast. Great for dry skin. Leaves my skin really soft. I use it for my tattoos but not really for a daily moisturizer. I bet it would work great though if you did. Effectiveness Helped heal my tattoos wonderfully. I would recommend this product for any irritated of dry skin. Especially on knees and elbows.
