Very easy to clean. All the pieces come apart and you can pull the blade right out.

I loved using my Smartpower, however, I put the pitcher in my dishwasher to clean it and it died. I contacted the company, and received an email (1st email) back saying they would fix it for me for free, which I was so excited about. This email didn't have any instructions for me such as where to send, etc. I sent another email with this information attached and received a 2nd message telling me I would have to pay to for return postage to repair this item, Again, no instructions as to where or how to return. I again contacted the company with this information and received a 3rd message saying I would have to pay to have it repaired and pay for postage.. Even though I was told it would be repaired for free previously. The last contact I had was that the previous messages were incorrect and that was that. I pitched it and purchased another brand.

thought the dual use would be a good idea but the motor wore out and now is extremely loud and grinds. Small capacity is not worth the effort.

I've had this product for several years and it is still going like on the first day. It works hard to effectively mince and process food. It is not too loud. It has the perfect size since it fits pretty much anywhere in your kitchen.

There are so many things that I love about this blender. Put aside the fact that it is so fantastic and making blended drinks with way more than enough power to break up the ice cubes but this blender has so many other amazing uses. It is powerful enough to take on Ice cubes and nuts yet delicate enough to trust it with lettuce. I am in absolute love with this and I use it ever day. My wife and I are both coffee addicts and we both love iced coffee. With this blender we are able to make blended coffee coolers that rival the coffee shops and I make one every morning before work. Blending Power There is nothing that this blender can not smooth into a fantastic drink. Versatility We have done everything from mixing blended coffee to smoothies to using it to chop lettuce for our salads at dinner time. Ease of Cleaning Like most blenders I wish there was an easier way to clean around the blades at the bottom with out removing all those little pieces. Ease of Use Not only is the button layout fantastic but the attachment makes this a brilliant way to add ingredients. Design Sleek and attractive and fits well on my kitchen counter. Durability We use it every day to make a variety of things and have for a long time. This blender just keeps going.
