This pencils are perfect for school. I would also recommend these for children who are coloring. These are not a colored pencil I would recommend for adult coloring. These pencils go on well but do not blend and mix the way somebody who is working on adult coloring or artists would like.

When one of my boys got a little older he was wanting colored pencils. I tried a couple of brands first, but they didn't end up drawing as well and the colors didn't go on smoothly. I came across these on sale and brought a pack home. These were so much better! You have all the basic colors you need and your kid will stay busy for long periods of time creating masterpieces with their imagination. These are a good size, shape and are easy to hold. They don't break as often as some of the other pencils out there and they are usually easy to sharpen. I would definitely say these are worth paying a little extra money out there. I'm sure that there are better colored pencils out there, but for a good basic colored pencil that holds up and colors well this one is the way to go. I'm sure that I will be buying replacements in the future. They are really good to have on hand and encourage kids to be creative.

Crayola Colored Pencils have been around for many years. I remember using them as a child for all school projects or even when I was in the mood to color. Now that I have my own kids, I purchase these colored pencils because there is always a use for them. Crayola has many products but these are a must have for all kids. The quality of the pencils are good because they don't brake very easily and I like the variety of colors that it comes with.

My favorite colored pencil brand is hands down Crayola's Colored Pencils because they are super easy to use and have such great colors that make it so enjoyable to color with. These Crayola packs are always easy to use and easy to reuse when the pencil point wears flat. You just simply sharpen the dull colored pencil point in a pencil sharpener like you would with a regular pencil. I love the various color options these colored pencils are offered in. There are always traditional colors included but some fun shades as well. These colored pencils are relatively inexpensive and are great value because I find that they last me a long time. This is a brand I trust when it comes to buying colored pencils and I would not even consider purchasing any other colored pencils brand. I would most definitely recommend these Crayola Colored Pencils to anyone.

I don't care how old you are, you always seem to find the need for colored pencils. If it's for your kids or aunt who loves to draw these pencils are awesome and affordable. I've purchased over priced colored pencils just to find the crayola pencils work just as good. They come in vibrant or basic colors. You can buy a small pack for your graphing project for school or the huge pack to draw your master piece. Or if you are like me you just like to sit down with a coloring book and pencils and get in touch with that inner child. Also gives you something to do while your sick. They make great gifts for kids accompanied with some paper or coloring book that will keep them busy for hours. They are also a must have for school age children. They are not all that messy either. Unlike crayons I've never had any that melted in my car after being exposed to the heat. Also I've never had any smushed into my carpet. Pencil shavings vacuum up easily and don't make crunching sounds in your vacuum. I have had that problem with crayons before.

I enjoy using color pencils just as much as I enjoy using crayons. I am not an artist by profession but as a child on to adulthood I have colored in various styles, formats, and designs in coloring books. I took different approaches to a majority of the pictures that I colored based on the thickness or thinness of the lines that held each pictures together. With color pencils, shading and coloring in the spaces are that much easier. Crayon's are great for beginner's or just for those individuals who are like me and like to trace their picture before they begin to color. I feel that coloring with pencils allows for me to be more detailed and more careful. They also help stay within the lines of each picture that I am on no matter the shape, size, scope, and design. Coloring pencils are great for just about anything. And for those kids that like to color on walls, they are easy to clean up, and sometimes are less likely to be noticed depending on the color of the wall. I would always recommend the use of color pencils for individuals who prefer to be neat when they color or whom are artist at heart.

I love Crayola, overall as a brand. It's an amazing brand, the colours are all brilliantly vibrant and beautiful! Crayola is the best. They last longer than Rose-art, and they don't crumble in the sharpener, and the colors are more vibrant. Plus, the kids don't have to press so hard to get a nice color from them. Would highly recommend them to anyone, young or old! Very pleased, they're never expensive no matter where you buy them. They last a very long time, even with toddlers. And hey, if you know anyone who's a young or old aspiring artist, give them a box of colored pencils, they will love them. I myself am an artist and I only use Crayola because I trust their brand, and products. Sometimes you can get a bad batch, like with any company and they break easier. But ninety-percent of the time, you get a good batch that will last a very long time. Will work wonders, for the price you pay!

These things are long lasting and an essential for any artist. They are beautifully colored. They also don't smudge or cut through the paper. They also don't come out too light. They have true, perfectly shaded colors. They are perfect. Each color is basic, unless you go out and buy the million and one color pack! I remember having these as a kid and using them until they were short little stubs. I still have these in a bag next to all my art supplies, I use them often, they are my number two method of coloring, number one being watercolor paints! I think these are a must have for anyone who loves art and colors, especially kids! These are incredibly cheap and can be found almost everywhere. I recommend picking one up in an art store somewhere, specifically the one pack with a ton of beautiful, vivid colors. The quality is so good of these classic art essentials, you will not be disappointed if you give these a try sometime. I definitely recommend these!
