Love looking at my property after using this pressure washer

I'm a female homeowner and an AVID Do-It-Yourselfer and I absolutely LOVE pulling this machine out every summer. So proud of how my huge driveway and sidewalks clean-up so swiftly and nicely. I love that, stylized, "SpicAndSpan" look for my large suburban neighborhood near Birmingham and I have a yard that I KNOW my neighbor's husbands look at like, "Wow. Wish my wife would do all that in our yard," ha. This model boasts more than enough PSI for an electric version and I like the convenient hose and power cord reel. Twin soap tanks are a nice feature with selector valve as I enjoy using soaps on my wooden patio privacy fencing. Once you use one of these, you'll really ENJOY the various jobs they can do for you. Highly recommend with no reservation.

Works Extremely Well

This isn't commercial grade, but I chipped in with my mom to buy this product and was skeptical about how effective it would be compared to a commercial-grade pressure washer. I moved into a rental property with a cement patio with all kinds of stains and black mold on it. After using the pressure washer, it looked absolutely beautiful. I also used it to take off most of the green mold on one side of the house. Easy!

Stopped working after not many uses

Like another poster, I was interested in the highest pressure I could get in a small form factor electric model. While it was adequate while it worked, it simply stopped working one day (pump wouldn't run) and it hasn't worked since (yes, I've checked the GFCI).  I'm really disappointed.
