So overall this is a great set, got plenty of sizes so that you'll never be searching for that one socket that you need to finish a project. I inherited this set, I didn't really need another socket set. Someone was cleaning out there garage and I guess they decided they had enough socket sets and this one got the boot. So now I have it. I have used it a couple times, I don't have many opportunities to use it. I love the Craftsman brand and I love the tools they make and the quality. You really get what you pay for. I wouldn't say that anyone requires this set, it isn't like, a must have tool set for someone's garage. It is a nice set and if you know someone who could use these size sockets, then yeah definitely go ahead and buy it. But if you are just buying it for someone that has every tool under the sun and you think they need this, probably not so much. It has a lot of pieces, and the case is nice though.

The Craftsman 42 piece Drive Bit and Torx Bit Socket Wrench Set is my favorite set of tools to use because of the drive bits. The bits are cut precisely and fit perfectly into any screw. In my several years of use I have yet to strip a screw. The ratchet is very sleek, but has enough texture on the handle for me to get a firm grip. The only down side to this Craftsman Set is the inner caskets of the case. The outside of case is comprised of a nice solid hard plastic that has withstood many drops on to hard surfaces without opening. My problem with the inner workings of the case is that the bits fall out of their slots just by closing the lid. This mainly happens to the bi-hex sockets and a couple of the larger drive bits. This isn't a major issue because the case doesn't open easily, but I wish it had better grooves. I would definitely recommend the Craftsman 42 piece Drive Bit and Torx Bit Socket Wrench Set.
