Works perfect and I've had the set for years. Just used to do oil changes and basic maintenance/trouble shooting on my personal cars. The only problem I've ever had is that the grip padding fell apart fairly quick. Other than that, it's been great.

purchased this last week when I had a large job to do and the old one wouldn't work. We looked at a lot of other jacks at other dealers and this one had by far the best quality. I am very happy with this jack and it handled the job at hand very well. This jack is very sturdy and was an extra value to get the extra equipment with it. I used it to raise an entire crossover vehicle and it did it with no problem. I felt very safe and secure while using this jack. I would buy this product again if I had it to do over. Because of my satisfaction with this product I will be searching out and buying Craftsmen products and tools in the future. I looked at a lot of other ones before buying this one and was so pleased with the difference and better quality I found with the Craftsmen jack. The one thing I really liked is that it is ready to use right away and doesn't require peruse installing. Being very sturdy is a big benefit and what was important to me when shopping for this product. It makes me feel safe which is also very important.
