I usually like Cover Girl mascara. Most of the kinds I've tried have worked pretty well. For a drugstore brand, Cover Girl usually makes really nice makeup. They're one of my favorites. I bought this mascara while I was browsing around the makeup section at my local Target. I tend to make a lot of impulse buys, especially when it comes to beauty products. Some have paid off in the long run, others, well not so much. This one was alright. It definitely wasn't the worst mascara product I've ever used, but it certainly wasn't the best either. It goes on alright. The rubbery brushes are supposed to stop all the clumping on your eyelashes, but I haven't found that to really be true. If you do too many coats of this you get clumps. The clumps flake off later and that's never a good look. I found this mascara unusually hard to remove with just face wash. Most non-waterproof mascaras will come off pretty easily with a good face wash in the shower. With this one I looked like a raccoon when I got done. Also, not a good look. I don't think I'll be buying this again.
