Contessa Mongolian Beef is a frozen entree described as "beef sirloin, long-grain white rice, scallions, bok choy, onions, garlic and a sweet & savory garlic soy sauce."  It contains too little food, especially meat.  The package states it contains three servings, however, there is only enough food for 1 person.  There is so little meat that it would be a serving for a small child.  Definitely not worth the price.  I would give the flavor an average rating.  The Mongolian Beef is labeled a micro steam meal, however, part of the meal is cooked in the microwave and part is cooked on the stove...in other words, you have a pot to wash.
