I finally broke down and purchased a beard trimmer about six months ago after giving up on trying to shape my beard with my razor.  I had nicked myself one to many times and was looking for an easier way. I have a goatee, not a full beard, so I really needed at rimmer.  I compared different products and went with the Conair beard trimmer because it was affordable and came with multiple attachments for different styles. It works really well, I haven't had any nicks or cuts.  It's actually fun to use.  I enjoy trying the different attachments and am thinking about trying a different beard style. It is fairly large and takes a while to figure out how to maneuver.  I have smaller hands and it took me a while to get the hang of using it, when I was used to primarily using a razor.  I also has a lot of pieces and it's hard to keep it all together.  I use a little recloseable storage box to keep everything in.  It fits well under the sink and I don't have to try to cram all of the pieces in. The price is right, it works well, and it's fun to use.  I would definitely recommend this to others.

I have owned this for several months now and use it a couple of times a week. It effectively and efficiently allows me to keep my beard in shape. It does a great job trimming my sideburns.   I haven't used it to trim my hair, but it has plenty of power and attachments to do the job.  The cord is long enough and packs away easily when it is time to store it. I like the yellow body and it is easy to find in the drawer. It comes with a carrying case that I use when I travel.   It is a good size and easy to take along when I travel.   It cuts clean with no pulling.  The power boost feature helps with thick sections of beard.  The different attachments adjust to give the perfect length to my beard.   The price was right and it performs exactly as I hoped it would.  I have recommended it before and I will again. I wish every product I bought worked this well, was this reliable and was such a good value.

I gave this gift to my husband for Christmas and he absolutley loves it. It has been a great gift so far, my husband says it isn't too loud and that it trims his beard perfectly. My husband has acutally considered giving this gift to his father for Christmas as well. My husband uses this beard trimmer every couple days and we have never had a problem before with this beard trimmer. Other beard trimmers that we have gotten have stopped working within a year of use and a lot of time the trimmer would catch and pull at my husband's hair instead of cutting it, which became very annoying. This is actually the first beard trimmer that he has had that I hadn't heard one complaint about since I gave it to him for Christmas. This would be a great gift to give for any man that needs to trim their beard. Overall I give this beard trimmer a 4 out of 5 stars, because I wish it was a little less money than what we paid for it.

My husband actually got the Conair Beard trimmer for Christmas last year and we use it on his hair and beard and also on our son's hair.  It used to be a constant struggle to cut my son's hair, but her does not mind anymore because the Conair Beard Trimmer does not pull the hair, but cuts it smooth.  I like the fact that it has a large selection of guards and it also has the trimmer for going around ears and the back of the neck.  We have been using it for about a year now and it is still cutting smooth without pulling their hair.  It also has a left and right ear guard to help get the hair cut in those tricky spots.  It is lightweight, so your arm does not hurt from holding it up so long.  The guards are very easy to switch out.  The unit is easy to keep clean.  We just brush the extra hair off of it after each use.  Overall, I think this is a great product and it is not too expensive either.

I got this for my husband's goatee a year ago and he is extremely satisfied with it.  He uses it a couple of times a week for his sideburns and beard/mustache and has never has a problem with it.  He is VERY picky about what product trims his beard because he wants to make sure that it is perfect when it is finished.  My husband enjoys all of the attachments because of the versatility.  He likes the precision quality that he gets with each of the attachments.  It stays charged for quite a while and will charge quickly for those times you forget to charge it but need to use it immediately.  A couple of times when he has traveled, the switch has come on in his luggage and so, when he gets to the hotel and needs to use it, it has been deader than dead.  He has been able to quickly plug it in and, after a short while, while he does other things, it is ready for him to use. It also has a great carrying case for those extended times of travel.

I bout the Conair 2 years ago and it is still is working like the day I bought it. I bought it because I like to keep my hair very short.The Conair has 5 different settings for the length with alot of different guards. You can use this product not only for your beard but also to shave your head. If you are someone like me who likes to have a clean shaved head and face then this is for you.Conair has a great product on there hands with this one. All you need to do is make sure you keep the blades cleaned and oiled and this product will continue to impress you.
