I have recently received this air mattress sofa for a Christmas present and I absolutely love it. I also recently moved back into college and that is where I use it and it works so well for my roommate and my friends and I. It's really comfortable and it's always nice to have another area to sit other than your beds or in a chair when doing homework or just hanging out. I would definitely recommend it to college students. The only downside is that you have to refill it about every two weeks. It's not completely deflated, but I guess it just depends on your liking of how full it is of air for when you sit on it. But I love it. It works really well, is really comfortable, and fits perfectly under my bunked bed at school. So it's really convenient and doesn't take up that much space which is also a nice aspect to it! It would also work really well for like a first apartment type thing. It's big enough to look like a sofa, especially if you cover it with blankets or get a sofa cover for it, but it's also small enough so it won't look overbearing in a smaller living room in an apartment. A thumbs up from me for sure!

Can we say first couch/bed ever for your favorite bachelor?  No more sitting on the floor, sleeping on a cot, for your college kid stuck in multiple loans that can barely afford books let alone decent furniture.  Though maybe you should get them a desk instead, as they will ultimately spend more time sleeping and sitting around on this thing and less time studying.

I needed an air mattress that I could use when going to visit relatives and that my four nephews could use when they come to stay with me. This works perfect!! I can use as a king if all the nephews come or as a twin if its just one!! Easily portable and very comfortable!!

Horrible peice of plastic.  No pump, o r at least a decent one.  It leaks, sheets won't stay on even with fasteners.  Its very hot.  For the price it is garbage, but hey I bought this miserable thing and put it in the trash.  I promise not to buy anything by Coleman again.  This company use to be good.  Return policies have changed as well as committment.  Customer service is non existant.

 I have had many inflatable mattresses and although they have been used over and over one thing can be said about them all. Make sure you don't have to use them constantly. If you have to use it constantly the plastic will stretch and eventually rip and then you really can't fix them even though they have patch kits. If you only have to use them occasionally they are great just make sure their is something under them to have a barrierer against all the sharp or pointed objects around.

I've used this both for camping and for company. It's more durable than some air mattresses I've used. I especially like being able to flip it up to a "couch" during the day, saves space and adds comfort. It can be frustrating to locate all the inlet orifices for filling, but, "Hey, you're camping!" and smoothing it for folding to store is a bit tricky.  I use a battery powered air pump for filling and you're ready to go in no time. I've slept on this mattress both as a King size and as a twin, I prefer the extra comfort and height the twin provides, but, not much room for the "honey" then. Great product with a new twist.

When I saw this, I got really excited about it's potential if it worked. **It does.**Deep down in it's heart, this is 2 inflatable twin mattresses. The great thing is the configurability (please feel free to use my new word, there, just give me credit). You can use it as one, double thick twin. Or you can undo 2 connectors and make 2 separate twin mattresses. Or you can keep them connected and fold them open to make one king size mattress. Or, and this is where it really rocks, you can flip up part of one of the twin mattresses while it's double thick and make a sofa. It is an actual, functional sofa. It can hold 2 regular adults, and it even has cup holders in the arms.One of my initial concerns was that it would not be good in all configurations, but the fasteners keep the twins firmly together in king size mode,  and the way the funky twin is designed makes it so that you hardly notice it's not your usual air mattress if you put the correct side down.Caveats-1) You are not going to blow this up in one day without a pump. Well, maybe, but it's a lot of air. If you try you should get a good buzz going, though.2) It needs to be FULLY inflated if you're going to use it as a sofa. What is good enough lying down isn't necessarily good enough when all your weight is concentrated in the (hopefully) small area of your backside. You don't want your tail-bone to bottom out.3)Do not flop on to this sofa. a)see last sentence of #2 b)It's well made and all, but if you drop too fast that greatly increases your effective weight and you can blow it out.So, this thing is a luxury. There's no denying that, but it's a pretty cool luxury to have in your camp, and the price is pretty good.

I bought this air mattress for when my boyfriend and I go camping in the fall. We used to use a different Coleman queen sized air mattress but decided we need a little bit more versatility with it. So we bought this 5 in 1 unit. We has issues with the extra space in the tent when the old air bed was inflated. But with this new mattress we can use it as a couch with arm rests, a queen sized bed or a double high twin bed! It inflates quickly but I had some difficulty deflating it because of the pivot points. After a little pushing to redirect the air, it was easy to fold up and put away. It didn't come with a storage bag of any kind so we put it in it's own dedicated duffel bag along with a set of sheets and two inflatable pillows. Defiantly and easy pack to take with you for those spur of the moment trips. It does tend to get hot especially when there isn't any wind for the night. I also have some trouble keeping the sheets on the bed but with some corner sheet ties they stay on pretty well. All in all it was a good investment for the occasional get a way but nothing I would want to trade in my regular mattress for!

We have been camping in tents for years, and I have always been frustrated with bedding options while you are using a tent, we either: - sacrificed tent maneuverability for comfortable sleep (air mattresses) - sacrificed comfortable sleep (self-inflating mats) for tent maneuverability I remember telling my husband years ago that they needed to make air mattresses that could be folded out and out of the way during the day -- well they seemed to have done even better than that. This air mattress is great! It is a comfy king sized for the night, then during the day we just fold it into the sofa seat and we can now walk walk around the tent without a problem! Not to mention that it is a pretty comfy sofa seat to sit in and read, etc. during the day!We love it so much that we are planning on buying another to have on hand in case this one wears out!The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, was that you need inflate the three parts separately, so you have to really play a bit with the side that has two parts to try to get similar air pressure for them, otherwise it is quite noticeable to the person on that side.

Very comfortable and great support for your back. I've always been a very active person so in my later years I've got some joint pain along with pains in my lower and middle back. My old mattress used to be terrible on it. This mattress make me seem like I'm on a cloud floating. I'm ten years younger again!
