This is a good Little radar Detector that does what it is supoosed to do. However; it does have some flaws. If it gets to hot in the windshield it will start acting up.Usually what  happens is the sound goes out the radar will work ,and the lights will flash just no audio alert.  Also this radar detector does not detect texas state troopers and i am guessing many other states that are technologically advance int he radar tech. It will work well as a early warning device to get that lead foot lightened up though.
