Getting the Citi Business card has been a good move for my business. This was the first card I was able to get through my new start-up business. They were able to use my personal credit score to help me start developing business credit. In a little over a year, they've raised my credit limit significantly. They offer a separate phone number for customer service that allows me to circumvent all of the automated number-pushing to get to a live representative in no time. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. They even waived my late fee when I had a bank transfer technical problem! I had a full year of 0% APR, which made it very helpful when starting up a business. Then the APR went to about 10% and has never increased since, despite the current credit crunch. Citi has a convenient online setup, making paying bills even easier. On top of everything else, they give you about 1% back in reward points.
