We bought a Cindy Crawford Sofa and chaise lounge from Raymour and Flanigan about eight months ago and were soe excited about our purchase!  For the first couple of weeks the sofa was comfortable, like it was in the store, but after a month or so, it strted to becme uncomfortable.  The cushions wear in the spots that are most often sat on (makes sense I guess), but you  are unable to rearrange the cushions and rotate them so that they all get worn equally.  This leaves you with several spots on the couch that are just plain uncomfortable.  Also, the back cushions losse their firmness rather quickly, making you feel like you have zero back support.  The cushions on the back of the couch are also so low that you begin developing neck aches lol!  What I can say that is good about this sofa is that it looks great, and comes in various beautiful colors.  The fabric is great in wicking away spills, and stains are easy to get out.
