What can I say? These things are livesavers! Little, grape, throat numbing, sore soothing strips of awesome.  I've used the Chloraseptic spray in the past, and while that works, it's awkward to take to work or use throughout the day if you aren't home.  These strips come in a little plastic case a litle bigger than a stamp, and are easily kept in my purse or office desk.  They work like those fresh breath strips...just pull one out on your finger and put in your mouth.  They work so quickly, and if you push it a little further in your throat it works every time you swallow.  I'm not usually a big fan of flavors, but this grape isn't bad at all, and it even makes the numbing feeling feel less so.  I paid about four bucks and you get 2 packs of strips, each pack has about 20 strips according to my count. They are also Alcohol Free, Aspirin Free, and Sugar Free!  Basically, you should get some of these asap and keep them on hand...they made my recent flu tolerable!
