not enough meat

4

I bought Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli and Meatballs at Kroger, and, let me just say, I was not fully satisfied. I like the pasta, it tasted pretty good, however, there was barely even any meat in the can. The raviolis were basically just pasta. There was a very, very thin layer of meat inside that was not even there in all the ravioli. The sauce tasted pretty good though. The meatballs were very tiny and there was not very many of them. In comparison to the Kroger brand mini raviolis with meatballs, Chef Boyardee needs a lot of work. I would personally rather eat the Kroger brand any day of the week. At least the Kroger brand of mini raviolis with meatballs has enough meat that you can really taste it. Chef Boyardee's cans of mini raviolis with meatballs are seriously unfilling. You may feel full for about ten or fifteen minutes, but it is literally no time at all until you are hungry again.

Tasty canned pasta

I have never really been fond of canned food, but Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli and Meatballs are not that bad. My kids are very active and on the weekends they work up big appetites. I can always trust that Chef Boyardee will satisfy their hunger. I wouldn't say it is the healthiest thing around, but it does taste good. With it having an extremely affordable cost we always keep a few cans around.

My kids and I love this. We would eat it everyday if we could. I buy it four times a month and I run out by the first of the following month. Chef Boyardee has the best mini ravioli and meatballs on the market. It is also very affordable. We practically eat it for lunch everyday.

Terrible (Terriblay) [Spanish]

1

Over the years, actually throughout my entire childhood i loved mini ravioli. It's been a tradition, something to eat at night when your feeling hungry. But recent, cans of this old classic "mini ravioli" has been terrible, its over salted, actually the whole thing just taste like beef and salt. Please do not buy it. Well there is a chance mines could be old cans.. but, I'm pretty sure they're not. Anyway, yeah don't buy these. They really do suck.

Chef Boyardee should stop cooking and order takeout!

If you have taste buds and you love real food dont buy this junk.  This is the nastiest pasta canned food i have ever tried.  Really?? Chef boyardee how did you mess up pasta??.. Have you ever smelled something and then tasted it and it taste just like you imaged it would when you smelled it.. well this stuff smells like gross metal and it also taste like that too!  The pasta is overcooked the meatballs are some kind of disgusting and the sauce is lifeless its like they took a few tablespoons of jarred sauce and added a cup of water to it.  You may think i am being a little mean to little ol chef boyardee but I gave him a try when i was a kid and didnt like it and tried it again recently thinking maybe there has been a improvement and was greatly disappointed. It taste like your eating a soft texture of the actually can.  Even my toddler didnt want anything to do with it and i thought all the kids loved it.. well atleast thats what the lying commercials say!

Quick and yummy

I love chef Boyardee. Thank goodness for more meat! We love the mini ravioli's, but now they have mini meatballs, and they are really yummy with some salt and pepper added. I can take them to work, and the can has a pull top, so a quick lunch at work, and I would love to have them with a great slice of bread or a roll that mops up that sauce. My kids go nuts with all of these, but this one, with the mini meatballs are wonderful.

Grab that Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli from your child's hands.

Everyone likes comfort food for a quick snack. It's a guilty pleasure we all share. Our moms fed us Chef Boyardee pasta meals way back when. Unfortunately, reading the nutritional information on the label will make you snatch that bowl  of Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli with Meatballs out of your own child's hands despite the resulting temper tantrum. Canned pasta in general is far too high in sugar, sodium, and fat. I'm not just criticizing Chef Boyardee here, but I happened to pick up a can the other day in the supermarket and read the label. "Clean up in Aisle 10!" The sodium content for a serving (usually far smaller than what the average person eats) was an astounding 900 mg. or so, as I recall. I fainted before I made a note of the sugar content. Serve canned pasta to your children as a treat, not as an everyday meal. Chef Boyardee Mini Raviolo with Meatballs is not a regular menu item here, but I admit to indulging in it once in a great while when I need a little "inner child time."

Ravioli is a classic go to kids lunch

3

Ravioli is a classic kids lunch--Is a balanced, healthy, hot meal that you feel good about giving your kids. The only flaw is it doesn't really taste fresh--it does taste like a can and the flavors are really dated--I'd love to see artisanal versions of this like spinach chicken or sausage and cream sauce

Chef Boyardee Ravioli

I have ate Chef Boyardee for many years.  The kids always love it and it is a quick and easy lunch.  THe "mini" varieties are really cool, makes less mess when you eat em.  Raviolie is okay, but my favorite is the spaghettia
