I have cooked every type of meat and veggies on this grill with the exception of turkey. I plan on cooking a turkey this holiday season. The grill has multiple racks, a lower basket, hanging rack, a platform insert, and a top grilling rack. You can infared the lower rack items and grill on the top rack. I have placed whole chickens in this fryer and the meat comes out incredibly juicy and fell off the bone! Performance The food is always delicious, meat is juicy and multiple racks always for different types of grill options. Heats evenly. Ease of Use Easy to move around, remove and add racks and connect to propane and very easy to start. Ease of Cleaning Easy to clean with easy access with a basic grill cleaner and a drip pan to remove drippings. Durability Made very well, some assembly is required but all the pieces are very well made and it seems to be very high quality. I move this grill around my deck to keep it out of the sun and it hold together very well.
