I bought one recently and I just love this teakettle. It's beautiful and very useful. I use it several times a day and it's still like new. I love the paint quality and design. It can be used on different stove-tops, such as ceramic, glass and induction. It whistles when water is ready and it's dishwasher safe.

It is worth buying this Chantal Classic Teakettle. It lasts for longer years than expected. It does not get rust from the inside unlike the other tea kettles of other brands. Ours is more than few years already but it is still as good as the day that we bought it. It is easy to clean so the water or tea sediments can easily be removed. You also don't need to check it every now and then if the tea is already boiled because it whistles when it's over. It whistles loud so you can hear it even if you are not too close at the kitchen. It is stainless steel so 100 percent, your tea will not be mixed of rust. It looks so beautiful in the kitchen. I love the color that we bought which is in chili red. Buying this teakettle is worth the price. You may find one which is cheaper than this but it won't last the same as this Chantal teakettle does. I highly recommend this because this is already tested and proven by me and for sure by a lot of users out there.

It has lasted for quite a while and am hoping to have it for a long time to come. It is very strong and durable. It is made out of good quality materials. It has a sharp and attractive design. it is available in a range of colors. Using the Chantal Classic Teakettle is so much better than heating up water on the stove in a pot or heating it up in the microwave.It has a loud whistle unlike many other kettles. You can't miss the loud whistling sound! Being from the Chantal brand it's a little expensive but it has been well worth the cost. Performance Heats water thoroughly. Safety Has a very loud whistle so you know when it's done and won't risk burning down the house. Ease of Cleaning It is very easy to clean. Durability It is well-made of quality materials. Design It has an attractive design and comes in different colors.

Many years ago I received a Chantal Classic Teakettle as a gift. There was a running joke in my family since I almost burned my house down because I left a kettle on the stove. That will not happen with the Chantal Classic Teakettle. The whistle is so loud it sounds like an air-raid. Some reviewers said it has a musical sound. I do not agree, but you will know when your tea is ready. The handle, cover and whistle are stainless steel, and the body of the kettle is enamel. You can remove the lid to clean the inside so you will not have a buildup from the minerals in your water. My kettle looks as nice as it did the day I received it. If you watch old sit-coms on television look to see how many have Chantal kettles in their kitchens. You will be amazed. This kettle is truly a classic. It has a classic style and it will last for many years.

We purchased this to accompany my husbands french coffee press, and we were not dissapointed. We had orginally purchased a KitchenAid® Gourmet Essentials® Series tea kettle and promtly returned it, as it was rusting on the inside of the kettle and on the inside of the lid. The instructions that came with the KtichenAid said that it would need to be wiped dry after every use, which we did...for 2 days. On the second day the item began to rust. I immediately returned the KitchenAid and purhased the Chantal with the loop handle. I am so glad we choose this kettle. It's whistle is nice, and the enamel interior doesn't rust. I payed more than I intended to, but I have found that it is worth it.
