I am kind of a snob about coffee. I used to have a regular coffee pot until my husband bought me a grind and brew coffee maker. There is nothing like it! I used to have the Melita Grind and Brew and used it for years and when it died I wanted to get a new one. I read reviews on-line (at the time) and they did not recommend the newer Melita models. I was disappointed so I bought a regular coffee maker. The taste just isn't the same. Just over a year ago, my husband found a lot of good reviews on the Capresso CoffeeTeam GS464 so he bought it for me for Christmas. I was so happy! It grinds the coffee and brews it and it tastes so good! I love the fact that it has a mesh filter that you wash and reuse. I swear this makes the coffee better (I read somewhere that you get more of the coffee oils and it does add to the taste)! It's also good for the environment and saves money because you don't have to buy filters. If you want you can also use pre-ground coffee. It's programmable in case you want your coffee waiting for you when you wake up. The ONLY complaint I have is that it is extremely loud when it grinds the coffee.

I'm the very happy owner of a Capresso Coffee Team coffee grind and brew machine.  I am a coffee snob and this coffee maker brews coffee house quality coffee consistently and well.  It is a breeze to clean and program and has been brewing one or two pots daily for the last ten years.  If/when it dies, I will replace it with another Capresso.  Can't say enough good things about this coffee maker.
