We have one of these Canon printers in our office, and it works well most of the time. It definitely has some drawbacks, but it usually gets the job done. Performance This paper does well copying, printing from a computer, and scanning to a computer. But the papers do bunch up on the delivery tray when you print double-sided, so you need to keep an eye on it until they finish printing (you can't go somewhere else to get something done). Durability When copying some double-sided papers, a piece of paper got stuck inside the machine because a small plastic piece broke that was supposed to help it move through. We removed the paper, but it ripped in the process, and a small triangle-shaped piece got stuck where we could not see it (it was less than one inch on any side of the triangle). This tiny piece of paper caused the machine to freeze and refuse to pass papers through to make copies until we took it to a Canon place where the piece of paper could be removed (we had already taken it in to have the plastic piece repaired, but the tech missed the paper the first time). So I give it a low score for durability, because it broke in the first place, and because such a small break caused such big problems.
