Great taste!! Creamy and wonderful...and very verstile. I use for salads, grated for tacos, grilled cheese and more. This also makes a very creamy, wonderful melted grilled cheese. Pair it with tomato soup and it is so filling. Cabot makes a wonderful selection of different cheeses and I haven't found one that I dislike. Way to go Cabot!
