These vitamins provide higher dosages of all the essential vitamins and minerals and some of the trace minerals. These vitamin's are even better than the prenatal vitamins that doctors order for pregnant mothers. These vitamins have a high antioxidant formula, they have a low allergy formula. This vitamin is high in A, C, E and Selenium. I used to take Amway's Nurtrilite vitamins but these are just as good if not better and they cost a lot less. The only draw back with these vitamins is that they are big and you have to take 8 per day to get all the benefits.
