I had a wonderful experience with this nasal spray from CVS. I am a teacher and am outside every day due to recess duty. My allergies are constantly causing my nose to run or be stopped up. I found this nasal spray one day after work. It worked wonders for me within the first thirty minutes of using it. It completely cleared up my nose congestion and kept it from running. I carry it with me in my purse now so that I can use it whenever I need it. You can only do about two sprays every 8 or so hours. However, it is powerful enough to last that long. It is one of the best nasal sprays I have tried out. I would highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with nose congestion or a runny nose. The price is a little steep but you are paying for quality. It also lasts a long time. Effectiveness It is highly effective at clearing up any nose congestion problems. It also treats a runny nose. Ease of Use It is very easy to use. Immediacy I got results within thirty minutes of using this.

My son's doctor told me to get this for him to help him breath through his nose when he gets congested and during allergy season in the spring. At first I thought it's just saline there's no real medicine, but it really did help him breath better through his nose. Effectiveness I sprayed it in my son's nose and he immediately said I can breath through my nose! He even started asking for it whenever he felt congested. He would say, "Where's my nose spray my nose is stuffy and I can't breath". For it being just saline it really did alot for him. Ease of Use All you have to do is stick the tip in one nostril at a time and give it two squirts in each nostril. As you are squirting you inhale at the same time in order to get the solution in your nasal passage. Immediacy I dreaded using this for my five year old son. He dislikes medicine and the thought of trying to get this in his nose was awful. I bribed him with chocolate milk to let me spray this in his nose. After I did it he said mommy i can breath through my nose!

Saline nasal spray is a good choice for congestion relief when you're congested while pregnant. I had a bad sinus infection and cold while pregnant and did not want to take medication because I was pregnant. The saline nasal spray helped somewhat clear out my nose, but it was nowhere near as effective as medicated nasal sprays. I also use a baby version of saline nasal spray on my children to clear congestion which helps a little but. I would actually recommend the nosefrida for removing congestion without medication because it sucks the mucus out of the nose. Saline spray is a good option when you want a natural solution but it does not help a whole lot. It is better than nothing though. It is easy to squirt up your nose but have tissues ready to catch the excess as it falls out. Effectiveness Not very effective but better than nothing. Immediacy Immediate results in my opinion but not a huge improvement.

I remember my grandmother trying to get me to use nose spray as a kid and I never liked it because I felt like it just washed my snot down my throat and didn't keep it from coming back...This was just like I remembered. It did get my congestion out, but in a really gross way and it came back within a few minutes. Effectiveness When using this nasal spray, I ended up choking because the stream of spray is just too harsh. All it seemed to do is flush my congestion down my throat and then it returned really fast. Ease of Use This is a really easy product to use even if I didn't like the results. All that is required is that you spray it up each side of your nose a few times a day to "relieve congestion." Immediacy This product worked really fast by washing all of your congestion down your nose along with all of the extra nose spray. Though it unclogged my nose for the time being, the medicine in it didn't seem to keep the congestion from coming back.

I use this to help relieve dry nostrils during the winter. It has also helped with my allergies (nasal stuffiness, post nasal drip) My husband uses it when he notices his snoring has gotten worse, it helps clear the nasal passages and decrease inflammation in the nose. My husband also used this product after he had surgery to repair a deviated septum. He used it to help clear his nasal passages and allow him to breathe better. Effectiveness This product is effective in the uses I use it for, allergies, nasal congestion, and every day use. This product should be used everyday at least while symptoms last. If I used it two days in a row and then stopped abruptly the effects would wear off right away. Ease of Use It's easy to use. You can use it as an upward spray or just use it by dropping it in each nostril. Immediacy The effects may not be immediate, but I can definitely feel the difference when I wake up in the morning when I use this at night.

I have used EVERY saline solution known to man, but I am really not impressed with this product.  It does keep your nose moist and helps you from bleeding (get that way when it is really dry outside especially in the winter time).  However, it does not work for very long at all.  As most saline solutions work, they do not keep your nose feeling good for very long at all.  They want you to go out and buy more of it that is why.  I had to find another thing to do instead of getting this stuff all the time.  It really is a waste of money to buy products such as these, better to get yourself a neti pot instead of buying these saline solutions all the time.  But if you do not want to buy a neti pot then be warned that these really do not clean out your nose as well as I would have liked.  I had to put more stuff in it after I was finished with it, hours later and I even bleed a few times from my nose when it claims to keep your nose moisturized.
