We only use Bunn coffee makers now, at the company I work at. They seem to last longer than other coffee makers and the Bunn company is so pleasant to contact! We have three Bunn 10-Cup Home Coffee Maker GR10 currently in our office. All of the ones we have are the white ones, the exact one in this picture on this review. I really love how quick it is for me to go into the office and make coffee each morning with this coffee maker. I hit one button and in a few minutes the whole office has their coffee. Bunn 10-Cup Home Coffee Maker GR10 is simple and has no frills or fancy technical stuff. It has one switch that you turn from off to on. You simply pour your water in, fill your coffee filter with grounds, and hit the switch. Anybody can use it. This coffee maker may be a little too pricey for those on a budget or if you just don't use your coffee maker much. At my office we have all three of our GR10 coffee makers going, from 8AM to 4PM, 5 days a week. They get a LOT of use but still work just as well as they did when we first bought them! We have definitely gotten our moneys worth. Two out of three of our Bunn 10-Cup Home Coffee Maker GR10 are nearing 4-years old. We did have to have one of our Bunn 10-Cup Home Coffee Maker GR10 replaced because there was something wrong with the cord connection. We were still under warranty and their customer service were very pleasant to deal with! All I did was have to call and explain the problem then they had me ship it to them and they replaced it with a slightly newer one because they were out of the GR10 model. There was no hassle or anything and the shipping was extremely quick. Seriously, give this very simple coffee maker a try. I have to hit one button and the coffee is being made. They are running constantly but have still worked just as well as day one. Bunn's customer service representatives are extremely pleasant to interact with.

I give this a 9 because it is the fastest brewing coffee maker I have ever known. I love the fact that it holds water in the reservoir, it makes it so much easier, for me. The price is ok. Brew Performance Once you add water in the reservoir, it starts brewing as soon as you make the coffee and add water, it makes a pot of coffee in 3 mins.

I highly recommend this coffee maker. Though to a first-time buyer, it may seem a little pricey, it is well worth the investment. I have found Bunn in general to be an excellent manufacturer & it is no trouble to get a replacement if something goes wrong while it's still under warranty. I believe the first one we bought nearly 19 years ago had a five year warranty on it & the warranty was nearly up when it died. We contacted Bunn, gave the required info and shipped the maker back to them. It could not be repaired & since they no longer made the same model, they replaced it with a newer version. This one we have had for quite a while (can't remember exactly how long) & we have had no problem out of it at all. I love my Bunn and could not imagine my mornings without it. There is no waitingfor your coffee & maintainance is easy as pie. I highly recommend the coffee maker and the company to anyone!

This coffee maker does the job but is nothing special. No bells and whistles, but has consistently worked for me for 5 years now and have not had a problem with it. Gets the job done bottom line. If you're not looking for anything special but want a durable product, this is it.

This coffee maker is fantastic! I received this coffee maker as a wedding gift and at first thought it was a bit excessive for a coffee maker. In fact, I wanted to return it to the store and use the money on something else. But my husband wanted to keep it and give it a try. And I'm very glad we did. It's very easy to use. The directions do reccomend using the Bunn brand coffee filters, but I haven't had any problems using other types of filters with this model of brewer. I love how there's never any waiting for the water to get hot. It's ready in the morning when I wake up. The only thing I've noticed is that if I go a few days in between drinking coffee, I have to add a little extra water to make up for whats evaporated. Other than that, I really can't complain about a thing.

Lightning fast. It appears to constantly keep a bit of water steaming hot. Great for making tea as well as hot chocolate or coffee. I even use it when cooking something on the stove & I need to boil water quickly. Might even work for Ramen noodles. Honestly, I'm not a coffee drinker. So maybe I shouldn't be making this review. But it says something about the coffee maker that a non-drinker would still find a place for one of these in his house. The white coffee maker is a little tough to keep clean. That's probably a good thing, you don't want things getting & remaining dirty. But I worry about this thing getting permanently stained. No signs of that happening yet. But if I had to do it over again, I'd probably get it in black. I rarely use the warmer. It's so much quicker to just run more water through it. The few times I have tried the warmer, it keeps things piping hot. One word of warning, hard water can plug things up.

I never thought I would say that I love a coffee maker. But I now say it all the time, I love my coffee maker. It makes great coffee, no after taste, no funny water taste, just great coffee. I will admit I also use it to make tea, and its great, its wonderful. My Bunn Coffee Maker gets used at least twice a day during the week, and three or four times a day on weekends and on days off. It is great, and everyone should invest in a great coffee maker. You will never regret it.

I have had this coffee maker for over two years.  Before this Bunn coffee maker I owned another Bunn coffee maker.  That one was given to me used.   I used it for over ten years  when I took it to work to use there.  We used it for two more years, two to three pots a day.  It was still working when a fellow employee brought in a new coffee maker.  It was another brand.  She said that the Bunn was getting slow.  Her coffee maker lasted less than two months.  She bought another coffee maker, I think it was a Mr. Coffee.  It didn't last six months.  I am not sure what they replaced it with as I was laid off.  What I am trying to say is:  If you want a good coffee maker, and you don't want to wait for it to brew, get a Bunn.  It may cost a little more but in the long run it ends up costing very little when you consider the life of the coffee maker.  When the coffee maker I have now quits working, I have another Bunn (new) in the closet because I never want to be with out my Bunn.
