The whole word has Covid. i had covid. even the airlines changed my tix. that BAD business. I will spread the word how budget does not care and has NO cares of sick people. I never asked for a refund, maybe a credit for down the road. I wil let the social media know about my experience. that not right. there is always exceptions. Its not the money its the point how a company like Budget treats the customer. At least you could have done was let me use it at another time or send me coupons or upgrades. not nice.
