Brookstone Iconvert Negative\Slide film converter does not work properly on all PC's. I have installed the software on both a Dell Laptop and Dell Desktop PC. It works on the laptop, not on the desktop. When trying to aquire the scan, the desktop PC crashes to blue screen of death. Contacting Brookstone and OVT (manufacturer) did not help.
