Another Great Briggs & Stratton Product

Briggs & Stratton has always been a dependable brand in my opinion. While looking for a new push mower, I ran across the Briggs & Stratton Brute 3-N-1 Self-Propelled Mower. I decided that since I had never had problems with the brand that I would indeed give it a try. I bought this mower three years ago and haven't had any problems at all. The mower is really easy to start and it stays running after it's started with no problems. I like how easy this mower is to use and that it pulls itself. The self propelling of the mower makes it so much easier and less tiresome to use. I basically just walk behind and steer where I want to go. I haven't had a problem with the grass clumping up or getting stuck in the mower. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would like to recommend the Briggs & Stratton Brute 3-N-1 Self-Propelled Mower to anyone. This is a great mower for any size area as well as any kind of yards from flat to hilly.

Not at all durable, don't waste you money.

This mower is junk!!! The drive mechanism gets clogged with grass and the belt comes off a lot. Finally, I took off the plastic safety shroud and that helped. Now the spring at the end of the drive cable broke. I've mowed my lawn 3 times with it. Don't waste your money.

It's a good mower, but it does have it's drawbacks

I recently bought a Briggs & Stratton Brute, 22 inch, 3-N-1 mower.  Before I even mowed for an hour, one of the back wheels broke.  I called the company and told them what happened, and the person told me it was not  a problem, they would send a new wheel right out to me.  I waited for nine days and the wheel never came, so I called the company again.  That person told me she couldn't understand where the wheel was, that it had been shipped out the day after my orginal call, but she would send me another wheel out.  A few days later I got both wheels, in seperate boxes, that had been shipped out on the same day, with the UPS tracking numbers being VERY close to each other.  It is quite apparent that the second person I talked to just straight out lied to me!  That's not very good customer service. The mower itself works great, it handles my yard good, and it's not an easy yard on  mower.  I don't like the starter things they're putting the gas cap now instead of provding a primer bulb.  The are expensive, and don't last very many starts.

this is a practical and low frills lawnmower.  it's easy to use and mine has a strong motor.  i did have a small issue with it and when i called customer service they were quick to give me the name of their repair shop that was close to me because it was still under warranty.  if you buy one and have any troubles, call their customer service and they will help you.

I love to be out in the yard but I don't love mowing the lawn. Until now. I kept borrowing my neighbors mower because mine was so hard to use, now I have my own Brute mower just like the neighbor. I love that it mulches and is adjustable to different heights. It is affordable for my budget and the size of my yard. It starts right up and keeps going with ease. The dog would always bark and try to attack the old mower but since I got this one he just walks along side me quietly enjoying the job. I think this is the best mower I have used.

I have a briggs & stratton brute 3-N-1 push mower for the last 2 years. I used this machine every week and it have never let me down, always start at first try, it run nices and cut super good. The tires are strong and it never get stuck in any ground. This machine don't spend to much gas to do the job. It take care of any job big or small and work in any terrain. The cut are fine and need and also do trimming. For the value of this machine it is number one. I will recommend this machine to everybody that are looking for a not to expensive law mower that you can count on it.

We've had this lawnmower for 2 years so far. We didn't pay much at all.  It wasn't the most expensive one but it wasn't the cheapest either.  It has been the best mower ever.  It mulches, it shoots it out the side or you can bag it up and compost it.  I especially love the bag because it makes the yard look really really nice.  We have lots of neighbors and we are the only ones that use a bag, which makes ours the best looking lawn in the neighborhood!  The other great thing about this mower is the self-propelled wheels.  Makes mowing effortless!  Especially on a hill.  Instead of battling the mower trying to get it up the hill, you just let the mower pull you!  My husband does most of the mowing, but sometimes I help out.  With my busy schedule it's no problem.  All I do is throw on the headphones and let the mower walk me around the yard.  I get a little exercise and a great tan in the process! A+++++ Mower! Buy it!

Briggs & Stratton Take a bowfor excellence

I have three lawnmowers Two of which are out of commission that are made by Toro & the other which is a Briggs & Stratton thatI had let my son borrow. Well to say the least, naturally anything we tend to lend our kids they think that we have given it to them for keeps or forever. When I did have my Briggs & Stratton here at my home it just was an outstanding mower because it was easy to start & stay on without any stallings. It worked absolutely fabulous for me & with ease, without the effort of struggling to push it from behind like some mowers out there tend to do. I've had that mower for ver 5 yars now & it still works great & still goig strong says my son. Now I hate to ask for the mower back because he still has not bought one of his own & I don't think he's going to. So it looks like I will be in the market for another Briggs & Stratton being that it has held up to it's expectations & claims. I will probably till get this mower fom Toro fixed if I can just to have it to use until it breaks downagain for good, then I can either wait till then to buy another Brigg & Straton or go now & have it ready so when this old one does break down I'll be ready with a better make & newer model.

I loved my mower. Thieves loved it too.

I loved my Briggs and Stratton push mower.  It would even cut the grass into mulch as I used it.  I wish I still had it.  I had it for 4 years until thieves took it from my car port.  I hope someone is enjoying it as much as I did.  I never had any trouble out of it and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. It was easy to manage although it was not self propelled.  I don't know how I will manage cutting grass in places where my riding mower wont go now. I sure miss my push mower. I will get another one when I can save enough money.
