This tool is amazing! I have long hair and so do my 3 daughters. Our sink and tub drains seem to run slow at times. I use the ZIP IT and it gets out a lot of hair and other "stuff"( I don't want to know what). The drain runs fast after using. I liked it so much I recommended it to the maintenance department at work and now they use them for the sinks and bath drains at work also! I would recommend if your sink is running slow after use and you didn't see much results, you may need to remove the trap under the sink and use the Zip It in the pipe further into the wall. I did this last time and got a lot of build up out and my sink drain runs fast again(like new).
