I bought this washer with high hopes after moving into my new home four years ago. I already had a dryer, so I didn't get the matching set for this. When I was going to hook this up to the outlet, I couldn't! This washer needed a 240 volt outlet which meant I couldn't just connect it up. Fast forward several weeks and a couple of unintended visits to the laundromat, and the retailer that I purchased it from was able to come in and set it up. The dryer works as intended- it has held up washing clothes multiple times each day for my busy family. The design is a bit out-dated and old fashioned in my opinion, so if you prefer a more trendy and sleek washer, this one is probably not for you. It doesn't get dirty and is easy to clean, and has minimal scratches and dents from heavy use. As long as you prepare for the 240 volt issue, the washer works as it should, nothing less and nothing more.
