This dryer works very well. I usually set it on one of the preset drying cycles and because there is a moisture sensor the clothes are usually dry much quicker than the setting says. Load Capacity It's a little small. If you put sheets or towels in to dry - not many can fit or you end up with a huge ball of stuff with the middle being wet. Performance Small loose clothing dries quickly, large loads like towels and sheets usually end up in a ball and the middle does not dry. Ease of Use Pick one of the preset times. Durability No complaints after 6 years. Design I like that you can purchase an under mount drawer that is not huge.
I purchased this as a replacement for an older dryer and it is wonderful! I saw a drop in my electric cost right away. The buzzer on cycle completion saves trips to the laundry room to check on the clothes, but it can be easily turned off which is handy when drying clothes at night when quiet is necessary. Very large capacity and several drying options to choose from to meet just about any need. The only reason I did not go for 5 stars is that with the vertical lint trap it becomes quite a challenge to remove any objects accidentally dried, for example a coin, as it falls out of the trap into the bottom and the opening is deep and narrow. Otherwise very content with my purchase and would definitely purchase another Bosch!
This Bosch WTVC533OUS is an excellent dryer. I live alone, so I only do about one, maybe two, loads of laundry a week. So that's pretty light use for a dryer, but, after almost two years, it seems to be holding up well. I've had absolutely no problems with it, and frankly, it all still seems like new. The dryer is attractive, and hasn't scratched, etc. (Not even the chrome parts.) But most importantly: It gets my clothes dry, no fuss, no hassle, it just works. I've been so impressed with my Bosch laundry appliances that I will definitely consider Bosch whenever I need any new appliances. I have the washer and dryer both, the dryer stacked on top of the washer. The nice thing about stacking them is that it puts the dryer up right at arm level! Easy to get stuff in and out. The capacity is plenty large enough for me. In the washer, I can fit the sheets from a full size bed, two big bath towels, 7 washcloths, two weeks worth of white clothes, and a bunch of dish rags and handtowels from the kitchen in a single load. All of that fits in the dryer just fine; more might, actually. There is a nice selection of settings. I've never wished for any that aren't there. The "air dry/no heat" setting is great if you have pillows in serious need of fluffing. The steam settings can be a helpful if you realize your shirt is wrinkled or smells funky and you have only twenty minutes before you need to walk out the door and not one of those twenty minutes to spare. It does take a full twelve minutes (or sixteen or twenty, depending on which setting), though-the steam makes the clothes a little wet, so you have to give it time to dry them, too. I figure that running the dryer for 12 minutes for one piece of clothing is a splurge electricity-bill-wise, but in an emergency...it's handy. There's also an "eco action" setting that apparently uses less energy. It seems to work by using a lower temperature for a longer time. If you choose a thirty-minute cycle and then push the eco button, the cycle runs for an hour and a half. I figured out another advantage to this setting: My dryer is not vented to the outdoors, so all the hot air blows into my house, along with every drop of the water that was in the clothes. That can make for some seriously humid conditions. The eco setting lowers the temperature of that air so it doesn't make everything so wet. (If I run the dryer without the eco setting, it's not unusual for the wood furniture in other rooms to feel a little "sticky" right after the dryer runs.) The control panel is easy to use and understand. It counts down the time remaining, so you know when it will finish. The signal is plenty loud, but not terribly obnoxious. The lint filter is right in the front when you open the door, easy to access, and easy to clean. I think mine is louder because it's not vented to the outdoors, but even with that, I don't think it's terribly loud. However, it is always very loud in my house when I run the dryer, because, since it's not vented to the outdoors, I run every vent fan in the house to get the moisture out of the house to try to stave off mold or mildew.
This dryer is remarkable and very energy efficient. That's what I love about this brand. I have used other brands in the past and it takes twice as long to dry my clothes than other leading brands. It makes my day of doing laundry go by much smoother and a lot quicker using this machine. I would highly recommend using it! The dryer vent is very easy to access and is extremely easy to clean. It never wrinkles my clothes and they come out just like new. The cycles on this model range in various options which make drying clothes super fast and easy depending on the type of clothing you are drying. My kids even enjoy using this dryer because of how quick, easy, and extremely simple it is to use. You can use various fabric softeners in it too without any problems. I've tried a number of them and they all work well with this dryer. Again, I would highly recommend buying and using this dryer!

Bosch makes one of the best home appliances. The Bosch dryer is reliable, robust and well disigned. The program choices are amazing and the machine does exactly what you program. You are paying a little bit more but you get more than value. It will perform and last for a long time. Fine German engineering.

My husband read up on Bosch product so we purchased several Bosch Appliances. The Dryer has a great stainless steel drum on the inside and has a ton of options. It's easy to use. It's nice to be able to put in a load to dry and walk away knowing that the signal will let you know when it's ready to fold. Great product and Customer Srvice was very friendly and helpful.
So, let's discuss the Bosch WTVC 533 Dryer. It wasn't long ago when you had to spend a fortune to get a high-performing dryer. Lately however, I have found that you can get a good dryer for a good price even with the new energy rules, as in this case this Dryer here is an excellent value for an excellent price. The cubic feet is ample enough to dry at least 14 bath towels at one time, the energy efficiency amounts to pennies monthly towards the electric bill, and your items are dried evrytime and nearly wrinkle free prior to ironing them. I highly recommend this product, and who thought Bosch only made quality sound systems and televisions.
It is good to have a dryer just in case you really need to wash your clothes for your job or other important events you must attend or even when you go out in public. What good will it be if you just wear the same clothes again or wear clean ones that are entirely wet or partially dry naturally? Thank God for electronic dryers. This brand is convenient, durable, and great to have. It will make you relaxed or relieved. It is dependable. It is excellent. It is amazing. It is also special. Hey, it is not as loud as most dryers are/were. That is definitely another convenience for you just in case you are focus on other things such as watching television, reading a book, listening to music, or having a conversation with other people, or taking a good night sleep/nap. Yes, this dryer is worth to buy whether it is inexpensive or very expensive. I recommend for anyone to buy this. Please do not pass on this. Quality is more important than money. Therefore, spend your money on something that is durable and reliable and not on something that is cheap but breaks easily or causes problems for you.
My husband and I purchased the washer and dryer when we moved into our new house. On the second day I called the store we bought it from because my dryer "wasn't on" The salesperson laughed at me and said, are the clothes moving? When I replied yes, he stated it was just that quiet I couldn't believe it. In addition to being so quiet, It also finishes before my washer does!! Dries 9 towels in about 40 minutes! Amazing time saver!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this dryer.
