you people are not to be trusted...... cheap use of english to rip people off on cancellation policy "hours after I booked a hotel (that said I could cancel up to 3/22 ) I realized that I booked an Adult Only all inclusive for myself and my 17 year old daughter. I called to cancel and was told by your Supervisor That "up to" means that if I canceled the day before I would be fine but "up to" does not include 3/22. I lost 50%.... $300.00 due to your creative use of misleading people with the English language. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST YOU. My job gives me massive access to travel oriented people, I will not be silent as to the sham you call a business.
