I BOUGHT THIS TO HELP ME KEEP THE DOG FOOD IN ONE SPOT AND NOT JUST IN A BAG. I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED W/THE STRUCTURE AND DURABILITY. I HAVE 3 DOGS AND THEY CANNOT GET INTO THIS TO GET SOME EXTRA FOOD,WHICH WAS A BLESSING FOR ME! I PURCHASED A FEW MORE. ONE OF THEM I HAVE BY THE DOOR LEADING OUTSIDE THAT HAS SALT IN IT FOR WINTER MONTHS! 40 POUNDS OF SALT CAN LAST A LONG TIME..HOPEFULLY THE WINTER WILL NOT BE SO BAD! I ALSO HAVE ONE OUTSIDE BY THE OPENING OF THE GARAGE DOOR THAT HAS BIRD SEED IN IT. I WAS DISSAPOINTED WHEN AFTER A FEW RAIN SHOWERS THE SEED IN THE STORAGE WAS VERY WET! I WOULD RECOMEND COVERING THE STORATGE UNIT WITH A TARP! BUT OVER ALL I LOVE THE IDEA THAT IT IS STACKABLE AND THE RUBBER IS VERY STURDY! THE SQUIRRELS ARE NOT LIKING IT BECAUSE THEY CANNOT CHEW THROUGH THE HEAVY DUTY RUBBER TO GET FOOD! I REALLY LIKE THESE AND PLAN ON BUYING SOME MORE WHEN THE WEATHER BECOMES SPRING. I FIGURE I CAN PUT MY GARDEN SUPPLIES/NEEDS AND WASTE AND CHARCOL FOR THE WEBBER GRILL! I WOULD SAY GET ONE AND SEE HOW IT GOES BECAUSE YOU WILL FIND YOU WILL NEED A FEW MORE!!

The Blitz USA Floor Stack N Stor is a great design and I am so glad I bought it for the dog food.  It holds two bags of dog food easily.  It is easy to fill up as well.  It has kept our dog food fresh but we do have two dogs and go through the food quickly enough for it to not go bad.  You can buy as many as you need and stack them up. It is made of a durable material and ours shows no signs of wearing down and we have been using it for years.  It is easy for a dog to open so do not keep it were they can get to it.  We also found out it is easy for ants to open!  Ants can easily get inside.  We use ours for dog food but this could be used for other items as well.  It was not expensive either.  The only complaint I have is the plastic opening could be smoother.  I have cut my fingers on it a few times because it is rough.  And because of this complaint I did  take a star off.  We like this best out of all the dog food containers we have tried.

I use these Stack n Stor bins for dog food and cat food. I have used these a long time and they still look brand new. I always buy the large bags of dog and cat food to save money and these are the perfect way to store it. I have the 18 gallon size and have plenty of room for the big bags I buy. The bins are made of heavy-duty plastic with a tight fitting door so it keeps the food nice and fresh. They can be used for storage inside or out.  If I leave pet food in the original bags, they might draw mice or other pests, but these bins prevent that from happening.  This also keeps the food dry and stays fresh a lot longer.These fit nicely in my utility room closet and they save space because one sets on top of the other.  They have indentations on the top and little feet on the bottom that interlock with each other to stay in place.  They have a wide opening that makes it easy to scoop out the contents and also easy to clean.

I had a medium size dog and I would buy his food in bulk all the time to save money and trips to the pet store.  I just kept the bag inside and tightly sealed.  I would take the food out of it each time it was time to eat.  I happened to see this product one day and thought it was a great idea.  I got it and put a whole large bag of dog food inside it.  No more obvious dog food bag out in the open.  I put the stacker outside where I normally fed my dog.  I loved the ease of this product.  It also seemed to keep the dog food fresh, which was a plus.  However, one day after coming home, I went out to feed my dog his dinner and opened this stacker to get the food.  It was completely over run with a giant swarm of ants.  It was so disgusting.  I couldn't pick out any food or salvage any of it.  I had to throw the entire contents in the trash.  I wasted almost an entire large bag of dog food.  After that experience, I never used this again.  As for a dog food container, I would give it 1 star, but I gave it 3 stars for other situations...like holding dirt for gardening or something like that.  I would not recommend it for dog food.

These bins are great. We have several of them around the house and farm. They have been used to store everything. Dog food, potting soil, charcoal, rock salt, rabbit food, sand, chicken feed, you name it we have stored it in one of these. They stand up to great deal of daily abuse. They are not completely water tight however, make sure they are under cover if used outside.

I have three dogs and each dog is on a different food.  The stackable containers and handy and keep the food fresh.  Have never had a problem with bugs getting into the food bins.  We also use them at the animal shelter I volunteer at, and they have been very happy with them.
