I use my Blendtec Mix n Blend at least once a day, but usually 3-4x/day. I make smoothies, spaghetti sauce, snow ice cream, slushies, salad dressings, and flour among other things with the blender side; and bread, homemade butter, cookies, and cakes in the mixer. I depend on this appliance daily and it's been going strong for the 2 years I've had it so far. Bread is so easy to make with this. I throw in the wet and then dry ingredients and push start. When the dough pulls away from the sides, I push the Auto Knead button and it kneads the dough for me. Easy peasy! I also bought the Twister Jar, which fits perfectly on this, for making peanut butter, almond butter, fruit & nut energy bars, and single-serve smoothies. And with a squirt of soap and half-filled blender full of water, I blend it clean! I'm in love. Seriously, I have no complaints with this blender and mixer. They're wonderful! I foresee a long future with Blendtec.
