What a great site! The built-in calculator made it easy for a neophyte to easily determine how much reflective glass was necessary to achieve the desired look and effect for my fireplace. Excellent selection and a wide variety of fireplace decor options to choose from made the choice to upgrade our hearth from builder grade to a custom effect. Only giving 9 simply because I was told I'd have the fire glass in several weeks. It was on back order. It was more like 2 mos. The good news is I ordered this in the summer and didn't need it until the weather cooled off recently. Now my friends and I are enjoying the colors and the heat from my fire pit and fire glass. Wanting to add a little more pizzazz to my fireplace, I did a Google search for fire glass and came across Blazing Glass. Checking out their website I still had a few questions about what to order for my fireplace. It was nice to see a phone number that was easy to find on the top of the website. I called and spoke to Oscar who was really nice and helped me pick prefect fire glass for my fireplace and how much I needed. My initial review -- Ordered 1/4" glass in 2 colors. One bag arrived as advertised and the other bag of glass arrived in tiny round pebbles. I contacted Blazing Glass immediately and Oscar was initially very responsive. He asked for photos which I sent and he responded that I was measuring the glass diameter incorrectly. Why I asked then was one bag as advertised yet the other bag was approx. half the size? He responded that I got lucky and there were bigger pieces in the gold colored glass batch. Really? The whole 7lbs? I just got lucky getting an entire bag of bigger pieces? (which by the way are exactly what the website advertises in shape and size) The glass pieces in questions were less than 1/8" perfectly round "dots" that actually were so tiny they fell through the crevice between the fire table and burner. I ordered 2 bags of the same sized glass and the size was vastly different. It became a ridiculous endeavor piecing out individual glass pebbles and taking photographs next to measuring tape. Oscar was well aware of my displeasure after several e-mail exchanges and offered not solution. An expensive mistake.Stay away. REVISED 10/22-- Sara from customer service has since reached out to me and offered to replace my glass with any glass of my choosing sent at no expense. Within 3 days of letting her know which glass I wanted a box of reflective glass was on my doorstop and it is stunning. She turned a very dissatisfied customer into one who will not only purchase again but will also recommend others to do the same.

A few months ago I acquired a fire pit but never really used it much because it was frankly ugly. When a friend told me I should get some different shaped logs to put in it I immediately went online and did a search. I finally came across Blazing Glass and fell in love. I especially liked that they offer free returns so I had no fear about ordering something that I might not like and either suffering with it or having to pay a fortune to send it back. After drooling over all the different shapes and sizes I finally settled for the eight pack of 5 inch Massive Fire Balls in Dark Gray. Since my order was over the $95 minimum I got free shipping. Shipping wasn't fast, but I didn't have to wait too long either. It was about ten days from when I ordered until my package was delivered. Overall, the product quality is excellent, the customer service is very good, and the shipping is reasonably fast. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for fireplace or firepit related products!

It's so ironic that Blazing Glass is on this website to review. I had never heard of it before until a landscaper that is helping us plan some work to be done in our back yard told us about it. He suggested we try it out in our indoor fireplace first. Love it. Love, love, love the look. We ordered the blue fire glass that looks like crushed glass and now want to use our fireplace all the time, but it's still too warm here in Wisconsin! First time I ever complained about THAT. One thing I wish the website had, however, is more information on what they are all about and how you go about ordering, etc. Our landscaper told us about the website, but wasn't here when we got onto it, so I was confused as to how you use the stuff, etc. I did like the little place it asks you how much you need. You just enter the measurements, and it gives you the amount you should order. You don't have to stick to that amount, and if memory serves me right, I believe we didn't actually order the amount it suggested but very close to it. The cost can add up quickly, but there isn't any hassle with tax rates, delivery fees, shipping, etc. Plus, our order came a lot quicker than we anticipated. When we had some family and friends over last weekend, we had a fire for them (even though it was to warm) and they were ga ga over it. Next spring we'll use Blazing Glass website to do something unique in the landscaping plans we're putting together. Fun, fun, fun. Customer Service I don't like answering this question because I haven't had a chance to use their customer service yet, but I cannot proceed with the review unless I mark something, so I just chose a 9.
