I love this phone. It has numerous applications that make doing business easier. I can write a document, email, and so on write on the phone. Battery Life Overall stays charged all day. Display/Screen Quality Clear and easy to read Call Quality Clear and great volumn options Ease of Use Love the ease of this phone and I love how I can do many things at once. I absolutely love my Blackberry Z10 and I have had it for almost two years now. This phone has helped to shift Blackberry in the correct direction. The battery life is well beyond average and seems to get me a longer life than other phones I have used by competitors. The touchscreen feels very smooth and responsive. The Operating system is easy to use and has many capabilities. The only issue I have with this phone is that it the BBM marketplace does not have nearly as many apps as the Android Marketplace and Apple App store. With that being said, With the new Blackberry phones users can actually download APK's directly from the google store and other Android marketplaces which fixes my issue. The physical aspect of the phone is also well above average as it does not feel too heavy and the screen size is just the right size, at least for my liking. A great phone and recommended buy!

I absolutely LOVE my z10! Gladly I handed in my iPhone to go back to Blackberry. I absolutely love that I can side load ANY android app easily and have it at my finger tips with no charge. Only downside is that no store has any funky looking cases and I get it, Blackberry is designed by nature to be a business phone Battery Life If you are a heavy user like me it doesn't matter what phone you have it will not last a day - I watch Netflix on my phone constantly Display/Screen Quality I like the way it flows from one screen to the next. Call Quality Clear as a bell Ease of Use After the initial getting use to the new features I love the design of this phone - super easy to use with one finger, even my 3yr old knows how to use it Durability Love that I have dropped my Blackberry and nothing has happened to it, my kids have even thrown it across the room and still nothing, can't say that about my old iPhone! it has a sort of a grip to the back of the phone so it stays still on my dash of my car Design I love that it is just the right size for a girl, not too big and not too small

I purchased the Blackberry Z10 after being an Android user for a few years. I never thought I would be able to accept any other phone after my Galaxy, but I must say, it did not take me very long to fall in love with the Blackberry Z10. It is a very smart phone with great features. My favorite thing about the phone is its size which I found to be very sleek. It is not too big like the new Galaxys that are coming out, which was why I switched from Galaxy in the first place. The Blackberry Z10 fits in my jeans pockets, my small purse, and most importantly, fits perfectly in one of my hands. I do not need both hands to hold it. The screen size is just right for me to watch what I need to watch. The battery life is great. Most days, I will not need to recharge the phone. The camera is pretty clear also. The Blackberry World (the app market) offers a number of sophisticated apps for you to download. Over all, the Blackberry Z10 is a great phone.

That was a long complicated title wasn't it? Let me explain. While the Z10 is a bad phone had I known how it was going to work beforehand I would not have bought it but if it was given to me I wouldn't immediately try to get rid of it because it isn't a bad phone. I think that the details and features should have been fine tuned a lot more before it's release as is. I can't really pinpoint one thing in particular that is wrong with the phone other than that there are so many annoying little things that build up and make the Z10 a nuisance. If I had to pinpoint one thing particularly is that programs crash and freeze constantly. I thought it was just mine but reports from friends and acquaintances suggested otherwise. It takes good pictures though. Battery Life The battery life is pretty good considering I spent a lot of time on BBM Display/Screen Quality The graphics are great if a little slow Call Quality The call quality is good though I prefer to use the speaker feature as I find that it is a bit difficult to hear what people are saying during calls without it. Ease of Use Somewhat easy to use when accustomed Durability I try not to drop my phone on the occasions that I do so far so good Design The design is good. I think that some buttons could be added and some located differently but that is a personal preference coming from an iPhone.
