Biggest Loser Cardio Max is a workout I use often because there are 3 full body workouts that are only 10 minutes long. I own numerous workout dvds that are between 25 minutes long or less. This particular workout does not disappoint. There are 3 fitness instructors featured on this workout dvd. The fitness instructors are: Jillian Michael, Bob Harper and Kim Lyons. In my opinion all three workout levels are very tough to get through. There is a lot of cardio, weight lifting, squats and lunges. I had to take several breaks while doing this workout. After a week of doing this workout I was able to complete the first level with no problems. This workout will make you sweat and burn calories. I have personally lost 6 pounds from using this workout dvd. I still include this workout dvd into my workout rotation. This workout is perfect if your short on time and want a short effective workout dvd.

Good Workout

The Biggest Loser Cardio Max is a great cardio workout that you can complete in a short time. The workout is broken down into three different sections and each is led by one of the trainers. Bob leads the first section, which I think is the hardest and is twenty minutes long. The second section is ten minutes and it is led by Jillian. My least favorite part of the workout is led by Kim, and it's ten minutes long. Her workout is the easiest, and I don't feel like you're getting as good of a workout as with the other sections. It is a kickboxing section, and as a stand-alone workout, I don't think it would be a hard enough workout. These workouts have some of the contestants from seasons of the Biggest Loser. It's motivating to work out along with them because it seems like you get to know them from the television show. Also, it makes you think that if they can do it, you can do it as well. The workouts are pretty hard for a beginner, and I think they are more inclined to be at the level of an intermediate exerciser.

A great workout!

I have used the Biggest Loser Cardio Mix DVD for a few months and love it. I alternate it with the sculpting and feel that I get a great workout. There are three different levels with three different trainers, each level getting  a little more difficult. I think the first level with Bob and the second level with Jillian are the most effective and really get my heart rate up. If I had to pick a negative about this DVD it would be the third level, which is supposed to be the most difficult. I actually think it's the easiest one and is a litle disappointing, but the other two levels make up for the difference. I would recommend this DVD to any one who is looking for a great and quick workout to do in their own home. I enjoy the pace and the different levels of intensity. Bob is my favorite-he is truly motivating even on the DVD! Make sure you have an area in your home with some space to take full advantage of this great DVD.

I love this Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD! It works you super hard and it is fun! I love this show, so it is fun to be able to have the trainers training you! You can go at your own speed, adding weights and increasing them to make things more difficult as you progress. It also has a custom option where you can choose which workouts you want to do. It has a warm up and a a cool down. I could get a good workout in about 30minutes and being a busy mom of a toddler, that is really nice! I have been able to lose weight and get in better shape. I have so much more energy! This DVD is great! I have already recommended it to a few of my family members and they love it as well! The trainers keep it fun, and keep you motivated the whole time. There is a 6 week program that keeps you on track and goes at a great pace. I never felt overwhelmed, but at the same time I still felt challenged. I couldn't ask for a better workout dvd!

Totally gets the heart rate up

     I had a baby a few months ago, and I have trying to lose the baby fat. My sister lent me the Biggest Loser Cardio Max work out video. At first I was a bit skeptical, but I tried it. The first time I did it it totally kicked my butt. I was so sore but I kept doing it everday. It has given me tons of energy and I have lost about 15 pounds. The thing I like most about the DVD is that it breaks into three fitness level sections. There is level one fitness, level two fitness, level three fitness, warm up and cool down. You can choose which ones you want to do. There is even a max results section, that breaks your workout goals for six weeks. So you would do the beginner fitness level for two weeks, then you add on fitness level two for two weeks, and then finally fitness level three for two weeks. I really like the workout DVD. I think that Cardio Max is the best one. It really gets your heart pumping and you sweat unlike some other ones I have tried. I highly recommend it.

If you are trying to shed a few pounds before a certain special event then you should definetly buy the "Biggest Loser Cardio Max!" It is exactly like having your own personal trainer right by you pushing you, but the only difference is that its through your television screen right in the comfort of your own home. It keeps you motivated and moving and its also fun to do. You actually feel it working. There are different exercise that it comes with and helps you get the job done right. That's why i suggest you go to the nearest store and go get you the "Biggest Loser Cardio Max" because its worth every dime.

Feel the burn and accomplishments with Biggest Loser Cardio Max

I love Biggest Loser Cardio Max. I was sitting in class one day and overheard one of my classmates raving about this DVD! So I had to try it! I borrowed it from the library and was so sore from one 20 minute workout that I figured I needed to buy it and work up to the higher levels. The DVD consists of a warm-up, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and cool down. One of the best features is that you can customize your work out. For instance, today I set the DVD so it played the warm-up, Level 2, Level 3, and cool down all in a row. The workouts do increase in difficulty and the trainer changes at each level. The Biggest Loser Cardio Max keeps you moving the whole time. This DVD is a great starting point for anyone who is looking to be more active. You are encouraged to do as much as you can. At one point the trainer says that if all you can do is move your arms that is okay because you are continuing to move. All the trainers are very encouraging- "keep moving!" "Don't quit now!" "Hold on, you only have 10 more seconds!" I turn to this DVD whenever I can't make it to the gym and want a butt kicking workout!

Cardio Max lives up to its name!

Whether you are new to working out or have been at it for years this video gives results!  It is challenging, but yet has steps and tips for people who need to slow it down a little so that you don't over do it.  It has 3 different workouts, plus a stretch and cool down.  The first work out is a 20 minute workout with Bob, than on to a ten minute workout with Jillian and last ten minutes with Kim.  What I liked the best about it is that you can customize it for you.  If you only have time for one of the workouts than you can just select if.  You pick which workouts you want to do and then it plays them for you.  It worked well for me even with little kids running around because I was able to pay attention but yet be a mom at the same time.  I definitley felt it afterwards, in my butt, thighs and core especially.  I also liked that it had some of the cast from the show Biggest Loser as the group exercising in the background.  So it made it real because none of them were tiny little things.  It made it seem like I could do it because it was other heavier people doing it with me.

Biggest Loser Cardio Max is fine for beginners

Let me state a disclaimer up front...I'd been doing fitness DVDs for a few months (30 Day Shred, Taebo) before picking up this DVD on sale. I found this DVD to be too easy and a bit sloppy. That being said, it's a fine DVD for beginners. Especially, if you can get for a cheap price. Pros: has multiple levels of workouts and you can tell the DVD how you want to combine the workouts before starting. I love the customization idea. I also like that "real" people are working out with the trainers. Biggest Loser contestants that I've seen on the show. I also love Bob and Jillian, so it's fun to have them as trainers. Cons: too easy for people who have been working out for a while. It's sloppily made - as if they threw the DVD together after a Biggest Loser shoot. I can't be the only one who noticed this, right? I also didn't think Bob's cool down/yoga portion was very good. All in all...OK for beginners. Think twice if you're pretty far along in your fitness journey.

Biggest Loser Cardio Max makes sweating to the oldies old news!

What I love about this DVD is that there are three different workouts by three different trainers and something for each level of fitness. Bob takes level 1, Jillian with level 2, and Kim Lyons with level 3. There's a warm-up and a cooldown with each workout which is wonderful because those are two areas that are usually overlooked when people workout. I also love the variety of workouts that they offer, everything from kickboxing to a boot camp workout to supercardio drills. This DVD will make you sweat like crazy! I thought I was in really good shape . . .then I popped in this DVD and found out I have a lot further to go in my health quest, but with the help of this workout, those three trainers, and healthy eating it is certainly do-able. So anyone looking to spice up their workout routine, looking for a CHALLENGING workout, or a little something new and different then I would definintely suggest this DVD. They don't call it Cardio Max for nothing!
