I loved that they offered so many different games. A lot of them were super fun, while some of them were not for me. There is a big selection of games to choose from so more than likely there is a game for everyone. My favorite is the hidden object games section. I have tried probably near every game under that section. This website is really good about adding new games frequently too. The games are all sectioned off into different categories such as word games, puzzle games, strategy games, and arcade games. This feature makes it really easy to find games that you would enjoy without having to look through a ton of games that do not interest you. Now, I am able to sign into the site on my iPad and it shows me a list of games that I can download in the App Store. I really love this feature because playing games on my iPad is very convenient for me.

It's been over 10 days and still have not heard anything from customer service about my product inquiry. They had a promo online and I was unable to enter it since the promo code section is greyed out. I entered my CC# and then it proceeded to take payment without having me go back to the pre-submit order screen. I've emailed them since and there has been zero response and its already been over 10 days. Product Pricing Could have better deals Customer Service Took over 10 business days and still have not heard from anyone about the promotional code that I was unable to input during the time the promo was held. Very Very bad service. Shipping and Returns Again, very very bad service. There is no one to talk to and they will not get back to you in a timely manner. It has been over 10 days since I heard anything from the date of my inquiry.

I love that you have the option of playing on a computer, a tablet, or your smartphone. They also have the biggest selection of free online games which is awesome when I do not want to pay anything. I like this website for the most part. It has a lot of great games on there. If you like to play computer games, it is definitely worth your time. Some are free online and others you have to pay to play and download. I have done both. The one game I paid for downloaded immediately and I had not problems with it. The only thing I don't like about this website is that they send a lot of emails. You create an account when you play on the site. You have to submit your email to them. I got an email from the website about once a day. That is the only downside to it. Ease of Use It is really easy to navigate and use. The first time I saw an advertisement for BigFishGames was at Swagbucks when they were offering points for downloading and trying to portal. I wasn't sure what games they had available but once I downloaded it I fell in love with the casino games, especially the different slot themed games. One of the most appealing things about the BigFishGames site, especially when you are accessing it on your phone, is that you can play with your friends. If you hit a power game you can send them gifts and coins and even if you choose to play for free (without making a deposit) you can still have a lot of fun. I still play Candy Crush Saga but Slot Mania has become one of my favorite go-to games when I have a couple minutes to kill. They have bonus items that you can collect even when you aren't on the site and when ever I log in to the portal there are a couple pieces of mail waiting for me, when I open them I get to claim prizes that I earned or were sent to me from friends. I prefer to play the games and access the site on my phone, there's almost no lag when you are playing the casino games. When I did try to access some of the adventure games they offer (on my laptop) there was a huge lag because of the graphics. I am a big computer game person, and belonging to bigfishgames.com has made it so much easier for me to be able to play a lot of computer games and not have to spend a whole ton of money. They have every genre of game that you can think of, they have the time management games, strategy, an even seek and find games. They have a new game everyday and it is great because every game on there you can download for a free one hour trial, so it is nice to not have to spend any money and be able to play the game and find out if you are going to like it before you spend the money and buy it. They offer a club where you can get the games for cheaper as long as you buy one game a month, it is a great deal and makes it a lot cheaper to be able to get the games. It is so easy to look through the games and find the ones that you want and if you really enjoy it they are very easy to purchase and download. They have a download manager that makes it easy to keep track of all of your games that you have downloaded and makes it a one click process to buy them if you choose to. You can have a disc of the game also sent to you in the mail if you choose to do that. Customer service has always been great and I have only ever had a problem with one game not working and they immediately refunded my money to me and made it right.

I tried Big Fish Games through special offers with Swagbucks.com. I was supposed to receive swagbucks (which can be converted to gift cards) for trying it out. I never received the reward, and the experience with the gaming site was not good either. Needless to say, I do not plan to use this site again. Ease of Use I tried a few different games on the site while on my computer. Some of them required a download to play the game. But the download also included some type of ad software. I began getting a lot of ads popping up whenever I would go online (and even a few times without my browser open). I also had sites redirect away from where I wanted to go and go to an ad site (I know some sites do this, but this was happening on sites I had used many times before without this problem, so I believe it was because of this unwanted software). Finally, my antivirus caught a couple viruses that were associated with the files that had downloaded from Big Fish Games. I deleted all files associated with the site and stopped using it, and the problems went away.

I'm a sucker for puzzle games and they offer tons of fun, cute and sometimes challenging varities. There are trivia games, action games and game categories I had never even heard of.
