What's a mom to do?

I purchased the Bestform Nursing Bra because I needed a comfortable and casual nursing bra that also provided a decent amount of support. While this bra was one of the cheapest ones that I could find, it is also notorious for causing chafing on my shoulders and back. It offers a great amount of support, so I continue to use it, but none of my other nursing bras do it.

The Only Bra I Wear Early On

4

I am currently nursing my second baby, and I must say that this is the only bra I wear when I am in the early stages of nursing. It is very comfortable and has a lot of give to it, which is really important early on when your breasts are often engorged and you are nursing so often. It is quite easy to open, making for easy nursing. The price at Wal-mart is excellent, and if your store doesn't have it (which mine didn't) you can have it shipped to you for cheap. My main complaint is that Bestform doesn't seem to think that women with smaller rib cages have big breasts. I have to buy the 40DD, even though I really am a 36DDD. This means that it doesn't really fit me that well. I certainly don't think that it provides much support, but honestly when I am early in the process, all I care about is comfort! You're not going to feel sexy in this bra, but I wear them twenty four hours a day seven days a week. It is a must to me that they are 100% cotton, as this minimizes the chance of me getting a yeast infection. I also can't tolerate underwear when I am nursing, so this is perfect. One thing though - can you please start making this in dark colors? When you wear them as often as I do, they really start to look grungy pretty quickly. I would love to have this in black!

The Bestform Nursing Bra provides comfort in uncomfortable times

4

I have been through two pregnancies, and the old adage "You learn as you go" holds true.  Being an advocate of breastfeeding, I knew I would need a nursing bra, but I had no clue where to begin.  So I started with one that didn't break my wallet!  The Bestform Nursing Bra was the most comfortable bra that I chose to wear throughout my nursing months.  Although it wasn't the most attractive nursing bra on the market, it was convenient and easy to use.  The clasps were easy to open and get to in a hurry for hungry mouths.  I never had a problem with the clasps coming undone.  The Bestform Nursing Bra was machine washable and held its shape well.  Nursing pads fit comfortably and didn't look awkward under my shirt.  I loved the cotton material of the nursing bra more than any other feature because when it was time to feed and it fit snugly, it was still comfortable.  Whether you're going to be a first time mother or you are a mommy pro, finding the right nursing bra is crucial to enjoying your months of breastfeeding.

Provides a lot of support but hooks in the back are annoying.

After buying one Bestform bra with the underwire, I went back to the store to buy two more.  The straps are comfortable but depending on what top you wear, they might show. The hooks in the front are easy to unclip and do not snag on your shirt. The biggest issue I had is with the hooks in the back.  I'm not large but a 38B has three hooks (whereas a standard bra would only have two).  This gets to be kind of annoying since I'm not used to having an extra hook.  Overall, it provides a lot of support which is what I need since I am on the move all day long. The fabric holds up well thru numerous washes and there is still plenty of room if you need to wear a nursing pad.  Just make sure to hook the bra together before throwing in the wash since the hooks tend to catch on to other items (even if you put it in a lingerie bag). I definitely prefer wearing these bras when I'm out and about over wearing a nursing tank that doesn't provide me with any support.

Bestform Sports Nursing Bra, Style B388 - the world's best bras

This "sports" bra actually gives really good support to the nursing mother and the wide straps are great. I'm also using regular soft-cup nursing bras and this one is a little better for walking and/or jogging, but is also good for everyday wear. Soft and easy to wash. Good buy. Very comfortable! Awesome product for the price. i practically live in it now. fits wonderfully. easy to use. I thought that I wouldn't like it because of the lack of underwire but it was very comfortable! I recommend this bra to all women who need a nursing bra that works great and is affordable. It is comfy and keeps everything in place. :)

Bestform nursing bra is the best nursing bra I've found!

5

When I first tried the Bestform nursing sport bra I was just happy to find a nursing bra in my budget that month.  I needed a nursing bra.  The bras from my previous child were completely worn out.  I only bought one because I wasn't sure if I would like it.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, fit, durability, and ease of use.  These are no-underwire.  I have breastfed all my children for at least 10 months each, and you need something that is going to last.  I also wanted something moderately attractive, comfortable, something that fit well under all sorts of shirts, and had the support I needed.  This does all that and more.  I've even found myself leaving it on for working out instead of finding a "real" sports bra.  Performs beyond my expectations.  Babies give them two thumbs up as well.
