I must say Bertolli makes one of the best whole wheat pastas on the market. This pasta is whole wheat though so much like whole wheat verses white bread, you will taste the difference. It takes a little bit to get used to, but by no means would I say that this whole wheat pasta tastes bad. It actually tastes very good for being whole wheat. I noticed when eating this pasta I ate a little bit less because it is very filling. When I cook these noodles I always stay close to the pot, they have a tendency to get stuck together easily. Overall, I would recommend this pasta. It will fill you up, and provide you with the whole wheat you need.

I've been looking for different ways to incorporate healthier foods into my cooking, and I do not believe that you have to sacrafice taste in order to achieve a healthy meal.  Unfortunately wheat pastas just aren't very appealing to me, because it loses its delicious flavor immediately.  I would like my healthy meals to taste like dinner, not an after-dinner chore. Yes, it is undeniably healthier for you than if you were to use regular pasta, but dinner would not be as enjoyable.  Maybe it is a taste preference thing that varies from person to person, but every time I try to incorporate Bertolli wheat pasta into my quick dinners, no one finishes their plate and everyone complains.  I guess that I just need to figure out a different, sneakier way to incorporate health into the equation, but I know that it will definitely not be incorporate Bertolli wheat pasta into a meal.  Do yourself a favor and choose taste over quality with this one.
