Better than expectations! Needing to make 8 hens as well as 2 lamb roasts and several side dishes was more than even myna wolf oven could handle. When I bought this, I admit I was a bit skeptical. After all, how could this attractive (mine is red) actually cook 2 lamb roasts while sitting on my counter? I have used my roaster without problems for a few months. I don't know how I lived without it! In the summer, I can quickly make a roast prime rib without heating up my kitchen and lean up is a snap. The roaster is design not only to look attractive, but it takes up very limited space. It does not get hot beneath and so poses no danger to the counter tops. It also stays reasonably cool to the touch on the outside which makes it safe. It is very stable and sturdy. The ease if clean up is a great feature. The inner chamber lifts out with handles making removing roasts or chickens easy. The lift out chamber cleans quickly. No oven mess! It worked so well that I can recommend this to anyone! Lamb roasted to perfection!
