The Baxton Studio Swindon Modern TV Stand with Glass Doors was purchased last year and I was impressed by the height and look of the product. The price was also perfect. It had three sections and two sliding overhead-style doors bearing glass panels. The first 4 months, the product looked great and I kept my TV on top of the stand but as time passed by, I started noticing that the legs were too weak to support the TV. When I put the remote above the TV, I started noticing the stand making a cracking noise and the TV was about to fall to the floor. I would have lost my TV because of this weak stand. I moved the TV to another table and kept this stand in the corner of the room and kept books above it but within 2 months, one of the glass door just cracked. I asked the store if I could replace the doors but he said that it would be better to sell the product and get a new one. I sold the product after a month and decided to never to buy a product of Baxton Studio.

This TV stand looks and fits really well into our apartment. The color is really nice and the look and feel of the unit feels really nice. It doesn't feel cheap or particle board like at all. It also fits under our TV really well. It is the perfect size for the tv, so that it doesn't dwarf the TV or the other way around. It was a pretty fair price. I really like the glass doors, it makes it look more upscale in my opinion. The style of the unit kind of reminds me of stuff I've seen at Ikea. The storage of the unit is spacious and great! We keep all our extra wires and whatnot in it. The three spaces are perfect for all of our electronics. We can put our xbox, blue ray, and PlayStation in each of the spaces and they get enough air circulation around them to stay cool. I think my only complaint is that I would have preferred it to be a lighter wood or white instead of the dark color. But the dark color does look really nice and the wood looks really nice.
