I received a small bottle of this conditioner, along with the shampoo, while on vacation at a hotel. It was my first time seeing it, and I immediately opened it up to smell. I was pleased with the smell. It was natural, fruity and very exotic smelling. I could not wait to use it! I was not disappointed with the results once I had the opportunity to test it out. My hair was so soft and manageable after the use of the conditioner, and that smell that had treated my nose when I first smelled it were on my hair. It smelled amazing all day and all night! My hair was very shiny and felt like silk. I was very pleased with this conditioner, and once I arrived back home I purchased a full size bottle of it and the shampoo. Very happy, and think that you will be as well. Effectiveness Great conditioner leaves the hair silky soft and smooth and looking and feeling its best, even with just one use! The first time I tried this conditioner was at a hotel in Philly. They had Bath and Body Works products in the bathroom which I was stoked about. I had never tried out any Bath and Body Works conditioners so I wasn't sure if it would be moisturizing enough for my hair. My hair is usually dry from washing it and heat styling it everyday. I was really surprised at how nourished my hair was after using the Coconut Lime Verbena conditioner. My hair was incredibly soft and shiny. I thought this conditioner would weigh my hair down terribly but that was not the case. It left my hair feeling very light weight and healthy. This conditioner did an amazing job at detangling my hair, and it made my hair much easier to style. I felt like my hair was overall in a lot better condition then it was before. Not to mention that the smell of the conditioner was amazing. It smelled exactly like the coconut lime verbena body spray, and that's my favorite scent. I would definitely recommend this conditioner and other Bath and Body Works conditioners because they are just as good as Tresemme or other drug store brands. Effectiveness This conditioner left my hair very moisturized. My hair was soft and silky to the touch. It was very easy to manage after using this conditioner. Scent The scent is coconut lime verbena. It smells exactly like the body spray. It's a very pretty tropical scent. I love it!

I have long loved the smell of Bath and Body Works's Coconut Lime Verbena line, but when I was on my honeymoon, the first hotel we stayed at had mini coconut lime verbena products in the bathrooms, and ever since then, this scent has reminded me of my honeymoon. It also brings to mind white sandy beaches and tropical breezes (though this may have something to do with the fact that we honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta). Anyway, if you like the smell of coconut and lime, you'll love this. It works well as a conditioner. I'm not sure I can say it's much more moisturizing than your average conditioner, but it detangles my hair nicely and seems to help manageability just a tad (I have very curly hair). I know Bath and Body Works is mostly famous for their body lotions and hand soaps, but their bath products are also fantastic--give their hair care line a whirl. Snag this product on sale and you have nothing to lose!

I got the chance to try out the coconut lime shampoo at a bed and breakfast in Walla Walla, WA.  I was a bit skeptical about it but since it was the only shampoo available, I went ahead with it.  I am not a big fan of coconut; i dont particularly like the smell of it.  Anyway, I went ahead and used it with my regular conditioner which I did bring with me. I have long straight hair.  the next day when I bruhed my hair in the morning, i was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was.  there was no trouble brushing my hair through like I normally have in the morning.  in addition, my hair smelled nice too.  throughout the day, my hair felt really smooth and soft.  at the end of the day, i didnt have to use my hair brush once. the next thing I did after my vacation was to hit the bath and body works store and got myself a bottle of the shampoo and conditioner too, to give it a try.  Again, I was pleasantly surprised.  My hair has never been this smooth and soft!  I love it!

This product not only smelled amazing but did wonders for my dry hair. I loved the way my hair shined and glowed afterwards and I loved the scent that lingered for days after usage. I usually won't pay too much for my shampoo and conditioners but I didn't mind paying for this product.

   OK, you know how Bath and Body Works is always discontinueing something that you love? Well, I'm really angry that they don't have this divine shampoo and conditioner available all the time! I have never, ever found anything that I and my hair love this much!    I use the Volumizing formula, and it does work,but without drying my hair  like other volumizers do. Just a tiny bit of the shampoo is needed to get giant bubbles, so it lasts a long time. Same for the conditioner. The smell is so wonderful, right on par with their lotion and bath gel in the matching scent. It is so nice to be constantly stopped by strangers and asked what scent you are wearing.   I find that my hair is much more manageable when I use this product, and I like that! I have very oily hair, and can go longer between shampoos with this .   I was very upset when I ran out, went back to buy more, and found out they only stock it occasionally, and that they had it over the holidays. Who knows when it will be available again? VERY POOR customer service,if you ask me.

I picked up the Coconut Lime Verbena moisturizing shampoo and conditioner because it was on sale and smelled wonderful.  I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and manageable it left my hair.  I can't stop smelling my hair - it smells soooo good.  I'm going back to the store and grab some more!

I bought the Coconut Lime Shampoo and Conditioner because it smelled amazing.  I didn't expect the fragrance to last on my hair, but it does.  And the real surprise is that it works as well, if not better than the shampoo I had been regularly using.  I've been using it for a few days now and if my hair stays manageable and soft, I will likely make this my new line of hair care products.
